Die örtliche Lage ist wirklich optimal. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber mit allem Komfort. Das Frühstück hat eine sehr große Auswahl und war die Qualität perfekt.

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood.
Pros:

The property was excellent the staff was kind and welcoming and very well maintained the pool with temperatures controlled was very good.

Cons:

The hotel does not have much of a view and also The morning breakfast was just the same everyday, there was no live egg counter nor were they willing to take any order for omelette etc

Alles zufriedenstellend. Die Frühstückseier sollten weich sein, waren immer eher hart. Parkplätze sind ein wenig eng für € 15.- /Tag

We a family of 4 have booked 2 rooms with ac in order to accommodate the ongoing heatwave. Upon arrival one of the rooms ac was faulty and not working properly, we called for assistance to fix the ac but a technician showed up with no tolls to fix the issue, an employee came over and turned the hot ac on and called it a day. We booked the room with specifications that were not met, family members when exposed to elevated temperatures suffer from hypertension. So staying was not an option given that they weren’t working on solving the issue. We then had to book another hotel on the spot, and asked for a refund. We spent more than 4000€ on that reservation and received no refunds whatsoever from the hotel. Our family trip was ruined due to the unexpected financial costs resulting from their shortcomings. We are very disappointed by the bad hotel management, worst experience yet.

Wenn man auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt hat, kam es zu einem Massenauflauf an Wespen. Nicht nur ein paar wenige, locker 7-8.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffett, reichhaltig und schön präsentiert.
Zimmer gut ausgestattet, Balkon mit Blick auf Berge und die Villa.

Cons:

Die Rezeption könnte etwas herzlicher sein. Die Abschlußrechnung war nicht korrekt, entsprach nicht der Buchung, wurde korrigiert.
