Liked the decor in the room. Nice Mountain View. Great shower. Comfortable bed. Modern and relaxing. Enjoyed the spa facilities especially the pool. Evening meal was good too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Pros:

Die gute Küche des Restaurants 1881, der Spa-Bereich und die Freundlichkeit des Personals.

Cons:

Beim Frühstücksbuffet fehlt grösstenteils ein "Spuckschutz".(Zu) viele Gäste tummeln sich eigenartigerweise gleichzeitig am Buffet. Ein eher hektisches, lautes Gewusel herrscht zuweilen in den eher ungemütlich wirkenden Frühstücksräumen. Einige der Gäste niessen und husten in die offen ausgelegten Gefässe und Platten.
Eine Kontrolle, ob man als Hotelgast oder als "Externer" frühstückt, ist nicht erkennbar.

A few problems with room allocation issues but overall a pleasant stay.

Fantastic location, great breakfast, lovely facilities.

Cons:

I was put into a room where the timber walls had very recently been lacquered and the smell was so bad I couldn’t sleep and woke up feeling sick. However, when I brought this to the attention of the hotel reception I was immediately upgraded to a beautiful suite with no smell. However the concierge must have forgotten which room he put me in because another couple burst through the door of the suite, which he had also given them the keys to. That was very awkward!

ארוחת בוקר בסדר. קפה טעים.נוף מהמם מהחדר
אם כבר באים לא לקחת חדר בייסיק אלא לקחת חדר אחד מעל .

Cons:

לא היה כלום בחדר , לא קומקום לא תה לא כוסות לתה לא צלחות
כלום.
היו אנשים שהלכו בעירום בסאונה (לא מתאים לי אישית) הבריכה הייתה קרה ולא מחוממת
מרגישים שהם פשוט מעדיפים כנראה להשקיע במקומיים ופחות בתיירות ולא באים לקראת הלקוח (באסה)
