The view is wonderful, a short 2 minute stroll to the beach, which really suited my needs.
Pros:

I loved the clean linen, the location and the hostess Olivia was so kind and understanding

prix raisonnable pour un logement simple face à la plage
Pros:

petit appartement simple vue mer. il correspond à notre choix de vacances. la rue à traverser pour avoir une belle plage de sable fin et de nombreux restaurants pour avoir le choix du repas le soir. beaucoup de vie sur Tolo. le prix est très raisonnable. communiquer le creneau pour l'arrivée pour la remise des clés.

Το μόνο που μου άρεσε ήταν ότι είχε άνετη βεράντα για δύο άτομα και καλό στρώμα στο κρεβάτι.

Υπερτιμημένο!
90€ η βραδιά 22/08/25 και ΔΕΝ ΠΑΡΕΧΕΙ,ενώ τα γράφει στην Booking,καρεκλάκι παιδιού,τραπέζι φαγητού,σίδερο ρούχων,κουζίνα(μόνο 2 εστιες),ντουλαπα(ένα στάντ όπως στα καταστήματα ρούχων ),στεγνωτήρα μαλλιών,προϊόντα περιποίησης,κουζινικα σκεύη (ελάχιστα ),πυροσβεστήρα,ανιχνευτή καπνού.Αναφερει πως έχει ηχομόνωση.Καμια σχέση!!!!Στο δωμάτιο είχε μια εσωτερική πόρτα με την οποία επικοινωνουσε το δικό μας δωμάτιο με τους δίπλα και 15:00 το μεσημέρι της ίδιας μέρας που φτάσαμε,ακούγαμε από τους δίπλα την μουσική που είχαν βάλει και όλη την διαδικασία του σεξ με κάθε λεπτομέρεια που έκαναν!!!!!!Απαράδεκτο λειαν επιεικώς!!!!Ζήτησα αμέσως αλλαγή δωματίου και πήγαμε σε ένα αντίστοιχο απλά εκεί είχαμε την τύχη να μην έχουμε διπλανους!!!!
Επίσης μπροστά στην παραλία ΔΕΝ είναι. Μεσολαβεί ο κεντρικός δρόμος και κάποια εδαφική έκταση έως αυτήν!!!!
ΑΠΟ ΤΑ ΧΕΙΡΟΤΕΡΑ ΠΟΥ ΕΧΩ ΜΕΙΝΕΙ ΣΕ ΑΥΤΗ ΤΗΝ ΤΙΜΗ.

Pros:

La struttura è molto vicina al mare e, essendo all'inizio del paese, e anche silenziosa.

Cons:

È una struttura un po' fatiscente infissi degli anni 50, condizionatore vecchio e rumoroso e con dotazioni (posate, piatti e bicchieri) minime di posate e bicchieri.

Pros:

Καλή τοποθεσία και πολύ όμορφη θεά . Άνετο παρκινγκ . Άνετο κρεβάτι και καλές πετσέτες .

Cons:

Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχεδόν διπλά με το άλλο δωμάτιο ( μας χώριζε μια μικρή πόρτα ) χωρίς καθόλου ιδιωτικοτητα και άνεση .
Η κουζίνα πολύ μικρό και καθόλου άνετο για μαγείρεμα.
Το μπαλκόνι δεν διαθέτει τέντα και το πρωί είναι αδύνατο να απολαύσεις το πρωινό σου έξω .

Our stay was perfect! We would recommend this accommodation to some friends.
Pros:

The property's location is very close to the beach. It is less than 2 minute walk to the beach. Good value of money. Very good tavernas, restaurants and fast food close by. The owner-Olivia is easy to talk to, very helpful, and granted all our requests.

Cons:

It needs a signage. There is no signage that says Lemon Art Hotel Apartment so we were a bit confused where the GPS brought us. Overall, it is a very accommodation. Nothing else to say.................

Comfy bed,perfect wifi,nice balcony,beach is across the road,street parking was always avaible
Best cafe and croissant is nearby
Walking distance to many tavernas ,market

All was good, i am not first time in this hotel. It is perfect location in tolo, good people, having a mini kitchen in the room and balcony with seaview.
