Het uitzicht is echt prachtig! Daarnaast zijn het hele vriendelijke mensen die je graag willen helpen.
De kamer was erg vochtig en dat ging niet weg. Hierdoor rook het een beetje muf.
La vue et le cadre exceptionnels, et le propriétaire extrêmement gentil, le cœur sur la main.

une assez forte humidité dans la chambre due au fait que la maison est à flanc de colline . L’air est orné un peu chargé .

Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. There are no windows in the rooms and the rooms are moldy. There is very little flow in the shower and when you shower the whole toilet gets wet. The walls are not clean and the place is very run down. We were just waiting to get away from there.

Staying here didn’t feel like a typical hotel experience; it felt like visiting close relatives who cared for us as their own. From the freshly picked fruits from their farm to the thoughtful little touches, everything was exceptional.
Every penny spent was well worth it. This place is a hidden gem and comes highly recommended for families. If you love waking up to panoramic mountain and farm views, this is the perfect place to stay!

The view was very beautiful and the jam they make is tasty.
The staff were very unhelpful and rude, especially to locals.
We had no kettle in our room even though it was freezing cold in Nuwara Eliya, a vacuum piece was left on the floor beside the bed (with dust and hair on it), hot water is nonexistent in the bathroom, our room had a terrible smell, only two water glasses were given for four people, and there is no reception or telephone to call staff. When we informed the staff about these things, the owner straight up said, “if you don’t like it just leave”. There is also no proper car park.
On their page it says NON REFUNDABLE, yet when we told them that we cannot cancel the booking, they denied ever having this policy.
We stayed for one night and for breakfast the owners didn’t say good morning, didn’t serve milk with tea and did not provide napkins.
Overall the only good things about this place is the view and the jam they make. Their customer service was terrible, especially the owner and his wife.

No eating or drinking in the rooms. You have to ask for Tea or coffee from the kitchen.
The staff are kind but communication is very very difficult as None of them can actually speak English.

We had a lovely stay at The Farm House in Nuwara Eliya. The hosts were very accommodating - check in was smooth and breakfast every day was delicious. We also had dinner a couple of nights which was also great and would definitely recommend! The view in the communal area and from the room was stunning! The room itself was clean and cosy (with a duvet too) Location is a little out of the centre, but we had a tuk tuk so this was no issue for us. You also wouldn't get the view we had if you didn't drive up into the hills.
