Lors de notre arrivée 18 heures, la chambre n’était toujours pas prête sans aucune excuse et sans aucune explication. Pourtant il faut souligner que les prix sont assez élevés par jour aucune remise n’a été faite pour cet incident!

Pourtant nous devions accéder à notre chambre à partir de 15 heures!
Pas d’explication sur le fonctionnement de l’hôtel à notre arrivée, nous sommes habitués à avoir un bien meilleur accueil !
Avec Booking, il était inscrit que nous aurions une corbeille de fruits. À ce jour, je l’attends toujours!

Dans le hall de l’accueil, nous pouvons commandé à manger… ce fut un désastre plus d’une heure d’attente pour des plats basiques pas de verre on a dû redemander plusieurs fois nos boissons nous avons dû attendre l’attention des serveuses pour pouvoir régler(c’est dommage , c’est dommage car c’est un bel hôtel…!

Overall, mixed stay. Excellent check-in but the airport drop-off mistake was very disappointing.
Pros:

Fantastic check-in experience. It was truly unique, with a staff member waiting for me with the key card and escorting me directly to the room. The team was courteous and supportive, and the property itself was impressive.

Cons:

The drop-off experience was disappointing. The driver knowingly dropped me at the wrong terminal, even after being correctly informed by reception. This created significant inconvenience. I had to wait in a long queue and only discovered the mistake after baggage scanning. I then had to exit the airport, walk outside, and climb a steep road to reach the correct terminal, which left me sweaty and frustrated.

When I later informed the hotel, the matter was closed with just an apology, which was equally disappointing.
