The staff were very helpful, cooperative, and responsive.
The overall cleanliness level needs significant improvement.
There was a very unpleasant and strong smell in the shower area of the bathroom.
The carpet in the room and corridors was not clean and had an unpleasant smell.
The lounge area was very small.
The stay was excellent in every way. The location was great and close to everything, and the room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and response time to any requests was impressively quick. The common areas (lobby, pool if available) were elegant and well-maintained.
No real complaints — the overall experience was excellent.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing for several reasons.
The room was very small, and the curtains did not block the sunlight properly, which made it difficult to rest comfortably. In addition, the room had very poor sound insulation, and I could clearly hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms.
The bathroom was extremely small, to the point that it was difficult to enter and close the door at the same time.
The elevators were extremely slow. It sometimes took around ten minutes just for the elevator doors to open, and another five minutes to reach the 22nd floor from the ground floor. In addition, the elevators were constantly dirty, with paper tissues scattered across the floor.
Smoking was common throughout the hotel, and the smell of smoke could be noticed in many areas.
Most of the hotel’s guests were teenagers and young people, and in my opinion, the hotel is not suitable for families looking for a quiet and comfortable stay.
