Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De man die de eitjes bakt aan het ontbijt stak er bovenuit! Nog voor ik goed en wel aan het buffet was, stond mijn gepersonaliseerde eitje zoals ik het graag heb al klaar.

Cons:

Niets. ik was enorm onder de indruk van de gastvrijheid, de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, het eten in de verschillende restaurants,... Super!

شكراً للأستاذة أسماء كانت تتعامل تعامل راقي جداً في خدمة العملاء

عند عمل الشيك أوت حصلت مشكلة في الاستقبال من الموظف حيث أعطاني مبلغ مختلف عن الحجز بزيادة 80 دولار وعند السوال قال لي السبب أن حجزك لشخص واحد فقط ويجب أن تدفع الفرق للشخص الآخر علماً بان حجزي شخصين وطفل ست سنوات وقمت بعد ذلك بفتح الحجز واطلاعه على تفاصيل حجزي وبعدها قال يمكن توجد مشكلة في الحجز وقام بعدها بطباعة الفاتورة للدفع علماً بأن حجزي غير مسترد ودافع من لحظة الوصول في نفس اليوم بواسطة البطاقة الائتمانية وقام بطباعة الفاتورة فلاحظت وجود مبلغ إضافي حول 115 دولار فسألته عن السبب فقال هذا الفرق فرق عملة في الصرف من يوم وصولي لوقت الخروج فقلت له كلام غير صحيح أنا حاجز ودافع غير مسترد فصار شد من قبلي بإبلاغ وزارة السياحة والسفارة السعودية وبعدها قام بالاتصال بالمدير المباشر وبعد التي والآتي تم دفع مبلغ الحجز حسب ماهو مذكور في الحجز الأساسي .. تم تعطيلي قرابة الساعة .. للأسف نحتاج لتركيز في التعاملات المالية في افضل الأماكن الموثوقة ..

A memorable stay

Amazing hospitality!
The staff is very polite and helpful, they offered us a complimentary cake to celebrate my husband's birthday and the guest relations team was remarkable, specially Ms. Nadeen. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
The pool was clean and well attended for. As for the food, the dine in room breakfast was amazing.
All in all, the experience was amazing and looking forward to repeating our stay.

Cons:

The turkish restaurant was average and a little overpriced for the portions and food quality.
