Excelente
Pros:

I really liked the location of the hotel, since there is a subway station nearby. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast, with varied options. The hotel staff is always very attentive and friendly. I must highlight the work of Wang Gen Kao, who left in my room small details that make the difference, making our stay very pleasant. I give him 5 stars and more if he could for his dedication and work. A great hotel, with excellent staff. We had an excellent stay. Thank you very much!

One of the best hotels we have ever been. The personal made all to let us feel comfortable and pleasant. Quite close to the main attractions in the city.

Great service!
Pros:

The housekeeping team is very attentive and meticulous. They provided extra hangers noticing that we had many clothes. They also did a thorough job by washing the used cups ( which most housekeeping teams no longer do) and wiped the surfaces clean. Fab job!
The concierge staff gave good clear instructions for eating places and helped to order food for us when the restaurants were closed.

Cons:

The lack of 24hour room service. Made it difficult on a heavy rainy day where we reached the hotel after 9pm from sightseeing.

Pros:

Clean rooms. Very close to the subway. The concierge was the best. Special mention to Felxi who helped me book tickets and guide me to the places I can cover given that we had only 2.5 days in Beijing.

Отель сразу задал хорошее настроение нашей поездке. Еще раз спасибо за все.
Pros:

Предоставили номер большей комфортности, чем был забронирован. Пошли на встречу и заселили рано утром. Номера не новые, но в хорошем состоянии. Читали про курение в номерах, но мы этого не чувствовали. Отличное расположение, прекрасный персонал. Спасибо за настроение!!! Китай и Пекин очень понравились!!!

Cons:

Нас все устроило. Если и были какие-то замечания, то они относятся к посетителям, а не к персоналу. Со стороны отеля все было хорошо.

Останавливались на несколько дней. Удобное расположение, вкусные завтраки. Check out был в 14:00, что было очень удобно, так как рейс был в 17:30

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage, tolles Frühstück und unglaublich nettes Personal
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, etwa in der Mitte zwischen zwei U-Bahn-Stationen (3 Linien), fußläufig zu vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, mit ein wenig Ausdauer z. B. auch zu Sehenswürdigkeiten wie dem Qian Men. Das Zimmer war sauber und sinnvoll eingerichtet mit Schreibtisch, Couch und Couchtisch, bequemes Bett. Das Personal war ganz toll - beim Aufenthalt vor ein paar Wochen hatte ich mein Handy-Ladegerät vergessen und eine entsprechende E-Mail ans Hotel geschickt. Bei der letzten Ankunft lag das Teil dann hübsch eingetütet und mit meinem Namen versehen, auf dem Nachttisch. Einmal ließ ich mein Brillenetui auf dem Schreibtisch - da legte Housekeeping ein paar Brillenreinigungstücher dazu. Unglaublich nett!
