Decent stay and looks nice, but so so service and high price
Pros:

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was very new and spacious (and had its own elevator!). The entire property is quite new and looked very well designed. The amenities were also nice - there was a free children's play area and hot baths and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The beds in our villa were incredibly hard and uncomfortable (3/4 of us had back pain from sleeping on the beds)! We complained to the staff but they weren't able to offer any solution and did not seem to care. The staff were generally not very helpful. We also asked for more room keys as we had 4 adults staying in our 2 bedroom villa and they would only give us two. Also the AC in the bedroom was not working well (it was one of those sneaky hotel ACs where it is limited on how cold it can go), which made it hard to sleep. For the price of our stay, I expected better service and more comfort.
