早餐很棒，都是我愛吃的。房間很大，很舒服，走路15分鐘左右有小吃店及便利商店。

Cons:

已在入住的時候再三強調要開入住日期的發票，櫃檯也表示收到，結果退房的時候才跟我說沒開到......平台都有標註我是商務客以及我的需求，但卻疏忽了這點，早上的櫃台人員也沒有要積極道歉或補償......，態度挺不好。

Overall is a good value and nice area to stay if you like a modern clean and quiet place to stay

Well overall is the location, because it is almost at the outskirts area not near the downtown or busy streets, hard to get to the foods or restaurants but good thing is they have 711 nearby

公共浴池的營業資訊不清楚，隔音超差，服務消極
Cons:

該飯店在 Booking.com 頁面上並未標示「公共浴池週一公休」，也未註明「房內浴缸並非溫泉水」。我為了泡溫泉才預訂該飯店，結果入住後才發現我住的時間完全無法享用到溫泉服務。當下向櫃檯反映，但飯店人員僅回覆「下次請自己先打電話來確認」，拒絕任何形式的退訂或補償。
因為不能退訂，所以只好放棄找尋其他溫泉旅店，非常不開心的入住，而入住後體驗也不是太好，免治馬桶是沒反應的，隔音又有夠差，整個晚上都聽到其他房間的開門關門等聲音
請業者如果週一根本泡不到溫泉就如實寫清楚，不要欺騙消費者下訂！
