Cons:

Beds were not cleaned. Gun pipe not working in washroom. Room was not cleaned and dusty. Went there looking at the Google reviews but utterly disappointed. Would never recommend this to anyone. Don't fall into trap looking at the Google reviews. They didn't even provide water bottles or hot water kettle or even shower gel. Worst stay, we need to purchase everything. And the worst part is the arrogant guy at reception

Not hygienic and neatly kept. Refused a room when wanting to check in and had to argue with the attendant for a room in the morning when checking in. Rooms were very different and dirty compared to the photos shared online

Cons:

No one is responding properly, I can’t find the property’s contact number, and even though there were rooms for couples here, they’re not giving any room. I’ve come from very far.

They will not allow couples.

Must have to improve the service
Cons:

Bedsheets and pillows were not clean
Bathrooms haven’t any bath towels.
We had breakfast in our booking. We waited till 10 am in the morning we didn’t get breakfast.
