Room and the professionals employee
I didn’t complete the stay , only 7 nights , they didn’t refund the remaining amount stated that I have to contact booking which I can’t find any way to contact you
Staff are very helpful and kind
5 min. in Egypt means 1 hour. My breakfast was 2min Egyptian time or 2 hours. I skip breakfast because it took 3 min. Egyptian time. NO JOKE!
Dishonesty and lateness
The staff and the owner are very polite, they'd do whatever they can to make your stay as much enjoyable as possible.
There's a really nice terrace where you can take your food and enjoy the city buzz and a partial view of the pyramids.
You have shops nearby so you can grab something you need pretty fast

Good location with a lot of nearby restaurants and shops, nice room with a fair price, nice roof with a very nice view, friendly owner & staff.
There's room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness.

Staff is friendly... Room is clean new furnished Ac works great and there is always someone to help,,, owner is nice guy

Nothing
The room is generally okay , they upgraded me with window with view. They are prompt response when u need help. the internet is good. That is the only part I m really okay , my laptop access internet and open teams for meeting.
Compare to other hotel, WiFi better.
Breakfast not provided in the morning at the day when u check out. It was said breakfast is included at first day when check in
But usually hotel check in should be after lunch, easily will pass the time for breakfast, it sounds not reasonable to me but knowing their policy better , can check in at early morning.
