房間設計比公設好很多，大廳梯廳電梯沒有跟上一晚六千或八千的房價
Pros:

房間內各項硬體設施都很滿意，接待人員都非常親切。早餐用餐時段彈性可退房後再去用餐。

Cons:

電視連線app使用完全不能使用，不知道是網路不穩定還是其他問題。可以寄放行李但沒有登記牌。
電梯裡的樓層說明牌塑料感重，相信可以有更有質感的設計（個人意見）

作為一個非常喜歡旅遊但鮮少在國內玩南部人，第一次來到礁溪選擇入住風華因為它有面對大片山景的室內泡湯區，讓我雖然帶著狗狗旅行也為此取捨選擇將狗留宿在飯店的寵物間，不得不說這是個不容易的選擇，但真的感謝我自己做了這個決定，因為風華的一切都非常完美，特別是狗狗住宿的環境也很好，有空調空間也很大，而且我們因為經常帶狗去散步不時麻煩工作人員幫我們開門，他們也非常熱心且有效率，完全不會有任何的不便。雖然在寵物不能一起入住房間，但我們依然得到了一個相當美好的體驗，因為我們家的狗狗其實跟著我們這樣環島也有點累了，剛好讓他在寵物間充分休息，人狗一起紓壓蠻好的，我的狗是沒有分離焦慮也經過籠內訓練的狗，如果剛好有想攜帶寵物一起入住的，其實可以考慮，真的很值得來住一晚。其他的優點我想很多住客都分享過了，早餐很棒、大眾池飯店官方拍小了，實際我覺得更大，人稍多並不會擁擠不舒服。地點雖不在精華鬧區但旁邊有條路走到溫泉公園就接鬧區了，腦中取靜的好地方

隔音不太好，都能聽到門外和樓上的聲音。浴室、廁所、洗手台是各自獨立的，而且廁所和浴室上方通風口與房間是相通的，這也代表使用時的味道都會瀰漫在房間，使用這三個設備時都會干擾到同房的親友，廁所也很小間。

Cons:

地點離鬧區有10-15分鐘走路距離，且馬路沒有人行道，需要跟汽機車搶道，晚上較危險。
浴池在戶外，跟淋浴間及廁所隔著整個房間的距離。浴池沒有溫度計。
服務人員較不專業。

房間和設施都是很值得這個價位的選擇，山景真的很值得，推薦給想放鬆安靜渡假的旅客，隔音也很好，停車空間足夠，是值得再去一次的地方

Cons:

浴室的門膠條脫落，室內浴室鐵架較髒都是發霉跟灰塵。有一晚要從大門出去頭兩次沒有開對開了第三次發現原來要開另一半而且有貼推或拉字卡在上，這過程中離大門只有一步的距離位置站了兩位員工大聲聊天看著我們，都沒有過來幫忙開門或提供協助，其實開門小事，但當下觀感非常差，當下只覺得這真是酒店嗎？
