Great hotel near pyramids and GEM*
Only stayed one night but loved it. Big room, amazing pyramid view, and super close to the Grand Egyptian Museum. Great hotel for a short trip to Giza. Would stay again!

يوجد شطافة خارجية (كان بها مشكلة وقام الطاقم باصلاحها)
يوجد جلسات على الرووف . أظنها تكون جميلة في الشتاء لأن الجو في فصل الصيف صعب جدا
المكان يتناسب كمكان هادئ نظيف للنوم والراحة بين تنقلات الجولات السياحية

لا توجد أدوات كافية في الغرفة (لايوجد غلاية شاي ولا شاي وقهوة سريعة التحضير او سكر).
الحمام بانورامي ..مما يسبب الحرج في وجود عدة اشخاص نظرا لأن الباب زجاجي .
باب الحمام يحتاج معالجة كي يغلق بشكل جيد
لا يوجد طاولة للاكل عليها او كرسي للصلاة لكبار السن وذوي الاحتياجات
لايوجد مكواة

اقترح إضافة بعد الأشياء البسيطة الناقصة التي ذكرتها ..سوف تضيف جدا للمكان

بشكل عام كان المكان جيد للسكنى أثناء جولاتنا السياحية

عدم توافر واى فاى وعدم توافر اى نوع من ادوات المائده يعنى لا ترابيزه ولا كبايه ولا سكينه ولا معلقه ولا حتى علبة مناديل والتكييف مزعج ويوجد كاتيل سخان بطول كابل سلك 10سم يعنى تشغله وانت ماسكه فى ايدك والمكان اصلا بالدور السادس باسانسير مزعج وعدم وجود لافته بالمكان وعدم وجود تصنيف اصلا وشمله شغال كفندق بالعافيه دون اى تراخيص ولا يوجد دفع بالفيزا بالاضافه للزياده فى القيمه عن المعلن فى بوكينج دون مبرر يعنى 3ليالى لقاء 2820ج فى حين السعر المعلن 2710ج

Heartwarming and like i was staying at a family members house.
Pros:

The property was clean, welcoming and spacious. It also had a balcony from which you could see the pyramids. The best part was the staff and how kind and helpful they were. Always ready to assist 24/7.

Cons:

The location was a bit of a culture shock and hard to navigate but the hotel sent a taxi to pick us up which made our experience much more hassle free and.

When i arrived i was met with a young man who has helped me with my suitcase me later on found out that his name is Yousof. He was friendly and approachable. Howida was a great host especially with her great breakfast and Turkish coffee that I get used to everyday. Overall, .I had a great experience
