Bit of a letdown
Pros:

It is in a good location and it’s cheap but not cheap enough

Cons:

Didn’t look like the photos, was just kind of a crappy room…I stayed there one night then booked a room in an Airbnb for the rest of my trip, didn’t care thst I had already paid for a week at this hotel just didn’t want to stay there anymore

Decent Budget Room in Getsemani
Pros:

It was located in a convenient spot. It was close to everything but far enough away that you didn't hear the noise at night. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The internet was down the whole time that we stayed. The room was small so one side of the bed was pushed up against the wall. Being next to a main road you could here all the morning traffic very clearly.

Superb
Pros:

Awesome location. Just a block away from all the fun in Getsemaní, but in a very quiet street. You can sleep well since the AC also is very good. My single room was very small but with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Very clean and modern decor. Bathroom is also modern, with a great shower.
The staff was amazing. Marianela at the Reception Desk was so friendly and helpful. Do not remember other names but all of them were very nice.

Cons:

I noticed the AC was down in the reception area and the staff was working with a fan. I think they should fix it since it feels warm when you walk in with the high temps in Cartagena. And it must be very uncomfortable for the staff to work without AC. Rooms at the ground level could be a little noisy since they are closed to the main lobby area.

Pros:

The location and great value!
It is in a quiet street in Getsemaní, with all the fun, bars, and restaurants only a block away.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No breakfast included.
Ground floors could be a little noisy since the Reception and small sitting area are too close to the rooms.
