Nothing Everything is Perfect
The staff was friendly and helpful, the view of pyramids was something extraordinary. We felt very comfartable and safe during our stay. The Staff made sure we are fine and comfartable all the time, they even arranged us airport pick up and waited us for check in after midnight.
Hard mattresses.
I had the best time staying at this hotel.
It was my Second time in Egypt and I especially wanted to stay in Giza to be near the pyramids. The hotel is modern and clean and the breakfast was delicious with great views of the pyramids. I felt super welcomed during my stay. The staff were amazing and made me feel so welcomed during my stay, Mahmoud is super friendly and sweet and Mariam made sure my breakfast was perfect.
And special thanks to Adam who treated me like a friend and made sure my first Egypt experience was a good one!

Location and staff amazing
Unfortunately it was not clean in the bathroom
I still don’t want too leave a bad review as I feel it was a mistake
The staff was lazy, the second day no one cleaned my room, even though I notified the staff, they told me "someone will do it later" I had to ask the receptionist who worked at night for help to take the trash out of my room, and change the cups that were not clean, the bathroom floor since I arrived it was noticeable that it was never cleaned because I always saw some dry leaves. Arriving at that place sometimes I felt uncomfortable, it seemed like a meeting of friends in the small reception everyone smoking I didn't even know if they worked there including the one who was working at the reception, (they were all locals) it seemed like I was entering a club more than a hotel. Only one day I had breakfast (a very sweet guy did it when I asked him) but he gave me a bottle of water, they didn't even have coffee! There were some girls that if you asked them for something and then something else they would look at me with an annoyed face. On my last day I preferred not to say anything, go out for breakfast somewhere else and avoid ordering anything. My stay there really made my last days in Cairo unpleasant. I had been to another hotel before with a tour in Cairo and it was really incredible, I can't say that all the service in Cairo is like that. The funniest thing was that at check out they asked me for an excellent review. It should be noted that I made the reservation for the hotel that you see in the photos. It was another one under the same name. I travel a lot and it had never happened to me. When I asked about the rooftop they told me "you have to walk 8 minutes to the other hotel." In fact, every time I asked for an Uber, the Uber arrived at the other hotel (the hotel that one sees in the photos). The truth is I don't know what the hotel they show will be like, but they sent me to another one and they can't say that I'm wrong because I couldn't make a review without having completed my reservation.
I had a very positive experience at my stay in the Boulevard Sphinx Hotel. I picked it because of the great reviews. The staff were really helpful and pro-active. They assisted me with trip planning and recommended private tours to a very attractive price. My room (Sphinx Suite) was very spacious, comfy king size bed and with a balcony offering a stunning view of the pyramids.
The hotel itself is located in an apartment building on the third floor and is in walking distance to shops and rooftop restaurant with amazing views of the pyramids especially when they are light up at night!
I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort and service. Special thanks to Salah at the reception for making my stay very memorable! Same for my driver Mahmoud and my tour guide whose name I can’t remember anymore unfortunately 🫣
Don’t expect Cairo to be a quiet city! It’s buzzing 24/7, so earplugs might be necessary for a good night sleep.💤
Internet reception was a bit weak
I like everything and I had a great conversation with Salah he is such a great person I did a tour as well which was super nice.
Very very bad
