Excellent value, good size beds, hot shower, good WIFI speed.

Breakfast simple and edible.

Cons:

1 towel wasn't clean but was promptly provided with 2 new towels.

Some furniture was chipped.

Cons:

Staff polite while addressing me but totally uninterested to resolve issues, more interested in their mobile phones. At reception I stood for over 3 minutes before the receptionist noticed I was there.
Shower not working, AC not working, bathroom disgusting dirty, staircase dirty and smelly, just a very unpleasant place to stay.

The booking was cancelled on the last minute while i was on my way to the hotel.
Upon inquiring, reason was told that there is no space in the hotel, however i got booked the room well in advance and also got the confirmation via email.
