Het lag in een rustige omgeving. Het is enigszins verouderd, maar toch een mooi hotel.
Het personeel was niet erg voortvarend! Ik was moe van een reis en had wat hulp hier en daar nodig. Dat moest ik er echt uitpersen. Weinig initiatief en geen echte oplossingen. Jammer…
The lay out and location. The live band was also very good
The bed was very uncomfortable and the mosquito net was broken

*There was no hot water in the bathrooms and we were not able to locate the switch in time.
*The aeration in the bathrooms is not good.
*The bathrooms don't have a provision of where to hang the towel.
*Prices shown on the menu differed from the final bill by a difference of 12,000/= per plate .
*There's need for hangers in the room.

Although food selection was poor, the kitchen staff and the GM were very flexible and were willing to accommodate. The kitchen staff, waiters and the general manager were most friendly with good customer service. This compensated for the other shortfalls
Reception staff was not conversant with rates and refused to accept booking.com booking. So was a bit complicated and mostly annoying especially after the long journey there.

The property is visually appealing. Very nice ambiance. The staff are friendly, fast and very helpful. 10/10.
The breakfast was good.
The staff wasn't really helpful. I made a booking and there was confusion I ended up losing my money as I had to pay cash $71 and was also charged by booking.com
I also didn't have hot water in my room and the phone line was bad in the room. The receptionist ended up dropping the call in my ear.
Friendly staff - good manager. Upgraded us at no cost when no power meant no hot water in standard rooms.
WiFi not working. Bathrooms badly designed - shower wets the whole bathroom (both ordinary room and suite). No shelves in the bathroom - nowhere to hang towels in ordinary room. Suite bathroom shower surround dangerous- could easily trip on it in the night. Suite I was in - only window looks out over internal staircase!! Food very sweet - pork chops at dinner mushrooms at breakfast
