Was not bad, need to improve and expand to other varieties
Internet was really bad and I hate it when birds making that silly noise at night.
Curtea frumoasa, restaurant frumos, personal drăguț, parcare spațioasă.
Apa calda nu prea era calda, doar puțin spre călduță și se tot oprea. Și când curgea, nu avea presiune.
Mâncarea. Am comandat supa de roșii cu crutoane (care a fost extrem de sărată și adusa cu 3 bucăți de pâine uscată) și chicken ceaser salad, care arăta extrem de bine la suprafață, dar dedesubt era plin ceapă, morcovi și ardei. Extrem extrem de multa ceapă.

I liked the fact that the place was located along the Masaka - Mbarara bypass which made moment easier both to the city center and my other locations . It's a decent place, clean and the staff are very helpful although a bit slow.
I didn't like the birthday party which blared music way beyond our sleeping hours. Fortunately, they say it was a one-off since music plays only on Sunday evening by the band. Secondly, we were given a small cottage yet I had booked an apartment to which they apologized citing the renovation going on in the apartments which I'd booked online. The rest was perfect.
The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the food is nice, and the rooms are comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms and set up are not meant for someone looking for more than a one night use! I gave management my feedback verbatim and hope they will do something to improve their services.

Het personeel was niet erg voortvarend! Ik was moe van een reis en had wat hulp hier en daar nodig. Dat moest ik er echt uitpersen. Weinig initiatief en geen echte oplossingen. Jammer…
