Nice area but hotel needs a lot
Pros:

The pool and tiki bar were nice. The staff was great.

Cons:

The first room we had was the most filthy run down room I have ever stayed in. They were unable to move us the first night but we did get a room that was better than the first the rest of the stay. Also the whole hotel was without water c couple of times during our stay.

Would stay here again only if the room was nicer
Pros:

The hotel itself was very nice especially the pool and tiki hut ad well as the beach access!

Cons:

Our room was VERY outdated and run down!! The price was ridiculous for the condition of the room!

room out dated and not clean, a/c leaks water, shower broke, bed is sagging. cabinet doors missing. i stay at this resort frequently and this room needs taken off market for booking!

Pros:

Awesome location, great pools, tiki bar and music has good vibe and friendly staff. Also has food!

Cons:

Nothing we didn’t like, having coffee/tea in lobby would be good perk to add but there is coffee maker in room with cute kitchenette,

Pros:

The pool was clean. The location was great. The staff was friendly. The bar on site is very convenient and reasonably priced. We have stayed there several times while traveling to go on a cruise. The value is great but this time, the room wasn't as expected.

Cons:

The bed linens were smelly, the room smelled of urine and mold. The rooms needed some deep cleaning. The beds were uncomfortable & the pillows were bad.
