Best Bang for the buck in the area.
Pros:

The shower head reduces flow to a trickle. The entrance by my room was locked with no key.

Relaxing
Pros:

Exceptional staff to accommodate us when there was a problem with our first room. Loved the heated pool and the views from our room. Right on the beach. The pros outweighed the cons.

Cons:

Outdated electrical and slow elevators but would still go back. That’s the charm of the place.

Location was spectacular.
Unit was roomy.
Vibe was very cool.

Cons:

Extremely dirty under trundle, rotten food on floor.
No bedding for sofa bed or trundle and when asked was told they had none and couldn't supply any so needed to use our travel pillows and blankets for the kids which was not ideal.

Cons:

The front desk clerk was yelling, and cussing at a guest. The front desk clerk was way out of line and was belligerent. I ended up not staying here because of the way she acted. I booked somewhere else.

Great views, affordable pricing, and no smells!!
Pros:

The studio was spacious, comfortable, and well thought layout. The view was worth the price as well.

Cons:

When we arrived for late check in the staff was no where to be found. Our room was great other than the cooktop did not work at all, there was no way to control the temperature in the room adequately, and shower/tub controls needed to be replaced (hard to work).

I booked a ONE BEDROOM SUITE which had TWO QUEEN beds in it & was separate from the rest of the suite. The ONE BEDROOM suite had a full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, and ocean view. I requested a high floor which I received (room #510) as I proceeded to open the door, I noticed both beds weren't made (they had on dirty sheets) as my husband was coming through the door, I told him "I think someone is staying here" I was super nervous to go any further. My husband took a look around & the garbage pails were full too. I had no choice but to call the front desk and voice my concern. I asked if housekeeping could come put some clean sheets on the beds And unfortunately no one was available. The gentleman at the front desk said they have nothing like the room I paid for or anything similar, he said I can get a total refund and stay at a different hotel or I can look at room #329. I stayed in room 329, the gentleman at the front desk credited my credit card $30! It was smaller than a 5×5 storage unit, with ONE full/queen size bed and it wasn't an ocean view. I've come here numerous times and never encountered such a terrible experience. The gentleman had a "I don't care, you can either take this room or find another hotel" type of attitude towards me. I will not be returning. Thanks for your hospitality 👍🏻
