L'accueil chaleureux, propreté, réactivité du personnel. Restaurant Hello Capitano qui collabore avec l'hôtel est exceptionnel. L'hôtel est direct sur la mer. Zéro fausse note. Un hotel digne d'un 4 voir 5 étoiles. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

Pros:

Desde el primer momento nos trataron como en casa. Nos alquilaron una moto y servicio de taxi. Tuvimos que retrasar la salida por la tarde y nos crecieron quedarnos en las instalaciones del hotel incluso nos dejaron usar una habitación que estaba libre.

Beautiful place but careful with reception staff
Pros:

The place is beautiful, very comfortable, clean with 2 small pools. Location is right on the beach. Restaurant serves good breakfast.

Cons:

At check out the reception is tried to make us pay for a restaurant bill which wasn't ours. Eventually they confirmed it's not ours. Not even a sorry. No change given back in 3 days from the payment of tax, only on request. So be careful with these things.

קודם כל השירות! תמיד נעים, תמיד עם חיוך כיף מאוד.
החדר גדול, מרווח, נקי תמיד, מרחק כמה צעדים מהחוף, תמיד יש שמירה במקום שנותנת תחושת ביטחון. המיקום מצוין למי שרוצה להיות במרכז העיניינים בפאג'ה, הרבה מסעדות מסביב.

Vi bigger her 2 netter etter Safari. Vennlige og hjelpsomme personalet. Liten og intim hotell med bra sikkerhet. Føler trygg å bo her. God frokost med godt utvalgt. Hotellet restaurant Hell Capitano har veldig god og rimelig mat for lunsj og middag, selv om det er alkoholfri restaurant. Vil absolutt bo her igjen neste gang vi er i Paje.

Casa Ananda is a wonderful, safe, and family-friendly hotel with excellent service and great food!
Pros:

A perfect family vacation spot in Zanzibar! Casa Ananda is a wonderful hotel with beautifully clean, new furniture and great AC. The food at Hello Capitano was fantastic, too. Robert took excellent care of us, and the security staff made us feel completely safe at all times. We really loved that it’s an alcohol-free property, which makes it an ideal, peaceful environment for families.

Hotel fantástico. la ubicación es increíble con acceso directo a la playa, habitaciones preciosas limpias y muy cómodas y bonitas, e incluso terraza privada directa a una preciosa y exclusiva piscina. El personal es increíblemente amable, servicial y simpático, te hacen la estancia fácil e inolvidable, en concreto Mrt. T se desvivió por ayudarnos en todo. El desayuno variado y muy rico, y pegado a un montón de actividades y restaurantes. Quiero volver aquí, es un sitio fantástico.
