Helpful Staff
Pros:

The staff was very good and helpful and was available to help whenever needed a few issues were sorted when we mentioned .I would give the credit to Mr Touseef who was very helpful.

Cons:

I think cleanliness could be improved a bit but overall the service was good so can't object much.

Disappointing but good location and breakfast

Breakfast was great. 10/10

Cons:

The rooms were dirty. Bed sheets were not clean. Bathroom wasn’t clean either, we booked a stay for 13 people and one bathroom in particular stank a lot. We asked for towels twice at night and they didn’t give any. Asked for 3 towels again the next morning (triple room) and they gave only 1. Not sure how they expect us to all share a towel. There was only one towel in the room when we first checked in which we used to dry our hands after using the bathroom.
