Nice in-terminal hotel...not sure it qualifies for 5 stars 🌟
Pros:

The in-terminal hotel is great. The hotel is nice.Super convenient. Very comfy and squeaky clean...Withl all basic essentials for a comfy night.The breakfast is adequate.

Cons:

One downside is the noise from the terminal.You can hear each and every single announcement from tne terminal which is really not great for sleep,rest and relaxation.

Good room, staff need alot of training

Couple of steps away from the departure gate, very spacious room

Cons:

The staff need to be trained on what hospitality means. I booked a room with breakfast (200$) and a friend of mine didn’t bave the breakfast included in his room rate. The food is very bad in the buffet so i chose just to have a tea and i gave my friend a cup of coffee from the buffet (ready made black coffee), and the staff were all over the place because of that cup and made me pay for that little cup of undrinkable coffee

Pros:

我订这个房主要是因为位置很好，就在登机口上面，但是太贵了，而且客服说如果我过来就订3~6个小时，按小时订房是没有的。

With a little TLC, the place would be perfect.
Pros:

Right in the terminal. Perfect. Nice staff. Decent buffets.

Cons:

When you pay $200 for a night you expect hot water and a working bathroom sink. I got neither.
