Schwieriger Weg (mit PKW oder vom entfernten Parkplatz zu Fuß), das Ziel (Hotel) nicht erreicht.
Pros:

Das Telefonat mit der Rezeption, sehr freundlich und kompetent, leider mit den neuen Infos etwas zu spät. Umgekehrt wurde die telefonisch vorort durchgeführte Stornierung vereinbarungsgemäß rasch abgewickelt.

Cons:

Die Erreichbarkeit des Hotels ist mühsam: Entweder mit dem PKW oder Taxi durch eine stark frequentierte und mit Fahrverbot belegte Fußgängerzone oder über einen Parkplatz, von dem man aus mit seinen Koffern einige Minuten bergauf gehen muss. Nicht unbedingt geeignet für ältere (unsere Gruppe) oder behinderte Menschen und im Regen. Der Vorschlag vom Parkplatz mit einem Taxi abgeholt und zum Hotel gebracht zu werden, wurde leider erst am Telefon gemacht. Die Erreichbarkeit ist auch auf der Webseite nicht explizit beschrieben und daher nicht erkennbar! Somit haben wir das Hotel nicht erreicht und können daher zu allen weitern Fragen nicht sachlich Stellung nehmen. Kommunizierbare Lösungsvorschläge wären sicherlich im Interesse der Hotellerie und vor allem der potentiellen Gäste!

Dvorak Hotel made our visit to Cesky Krumlov
Pros:

It was perfect. We had a corner room on the second floor that had great views of the castle. It looked especially beautiful when lit up at night. The room was large and spacious as was the marble bathroom. We appreciated the plate of fruit in our room and the bottle of water each day. Everything we could want was provided. The breakfast had a great range of foods to choose from.
