The staff were so lovely & helpful, apartments were ideal
Pros:

Location was great only a few minutes from everything, the rooms were clean and tidy.
Pool was ideal for relaxing.

Cons:

The room could have benefited from a dividing curtain/ wall for privacy with four adults in one room. Bathroom a little small for four adults.

Outstanding! Location, room and staff all AMAZING!
Pros:

Everything about the property was amazing.
The room was very spacious, clean and modern and the pool, grounds and outdoor area perfect.
Staff at reception were wonderful, welcoming, kind and very helpful.
The location was perfect with only meters away to the main streets, restaurants and bus station. And no stairs to get to the property which is a bonus if you have luggage.
We even got spectacular sunrise views from our balcony.

It was very good, just a minor inconvenience
Pros:

I really liked the room, was right in front of the pool, the facilities were clean and the room was very spacious, I have noticed that in the islands of Greece in general, the shower is always open in some way or form, that's a little inconvenient, because the water when you shower, splashes everywhere, but overall it was a very good place.

The bathroom was a little too small, and the shower was open, didn't have anything to cover it, so the water splashed everywhere

L emplacement au centre de la ville, a côté de la station de bus.
La propreté et l espace du logement.
L accueil et la disponibilité du personnel.
Nous sommes arrivés a 2h30 du matin et une personne nous a attendu.

Secondo soggiorno nella stessa struttura a distanza di anni: una garanzia.
Pros:

Staff accogliente e disponibile, posizione ottima vicino ad un mini market che ha adottato in gatto di nome Adolf (lo trovi sempre lì appollaiato in uno scatolone sullo scaffale). Ottima la vicinanza alla fermata dei bus e a ottimi ristoranti.

Cons:

Luce notturna un po' troppo entusiasta, e qualche gancetto in più per appendere asciugamani non guasterebbe... Ma proprio a volte cercare qualcosa che non va

Pros:

Super freundliche Mitarbeiter! Habe selten so einen freundlichen Empfang wie hier erlebt, sehr ausführliche Tipps für Unternehmungen, Essen und auch zum Parken. Absolut klasse! Zimmer sehr sauber, tägliche Reinigung (ggf. könnte man „Do Not Disturb“ (Oder Ähnliches) Schilder im Zimmer ergänzen die man raushängen kann, ich hätte beispielsweise nicht täglich frische Handtücher benötigt - der Service ist prinzipiell jedoch klasse!). Klimaanlage funktionierte ebenfalls einwandfrei. Würde hier nochmal buchen wenn ich erneut vor Ort bin. Man ist schnell „in der Stadt“ aka am Kraterrand (unter 5 min) und parken lässt sich ebenfalls in der Nähe einrichten (kleiner versteckter Parkplatz eine Gehminute entfernt).

Cons:

Zwei Kleinigkeiten - über der Tür war ein Leuchtschild angebracht welches sich nicht ausschalten oder verdunkeln ließ, dadurch war es nachts sehr hell. Ich musste abends jedesmal ein Handtuch oder Shirt darüber drapieren, damit es dunkel war.
Der zweite Punkt, es roch im Zimmer teilweise (zum Glück erst in der letzten Nacht) stark nach Abfluss, evtl. müsste da mal nach geschaut werden?
