La atención al cliente me subieron los precios y me hicieron caminar tarde de la noche a buscar un cajero para buscar efectivo por que no quisieron recibir transferencia

La zona en la cual se encuentra ubicado es algo pesado, nos entregaron cobijas sucias, nos dijeron que hacen limpieza día por medio pero cuando entregamos la habitación para la limpieza no la limpiaron (salimos a las 6:30 y llegamos casi a las 3 de la tarde y en el pasillo estaban haciendo limpieza a otros cuartos) suele haber ruido en horas de la madrugada no proveniente del hotel, si no de un bar que queda al frente, hay cucarachas en la habitación, esto se debe al edificio viejo de al lado del hotel, el cual tiene como un hueco donde estás se meten al hotel.
No es recomendable por si van de trabajo o por una competencia deportiva.

Estaba bien ubicado para transportes, farmacias, super mercados , restaurantes

Cons:

Que no tuviera ascensor y que no es insonoro...Toda la bulla de la calle te afecta para un buen descanso...
