This place doesn’t actually exist, we turned up at 5pm unable to access the property. We tried to contact the owner but there was no answer, there were 3 numbers to call and 2 of them said they don’t work for this hotel anymore. The other number had no answer. We had paid for 1 room but left high and dry. With no where to stay.
Apparently this place hasn’t been in operation for over 6 months. It is now a HMO a multiple occupancy property. We only found this out after 30 mins being stood outside when one or the occupants who lives there walked past and into the property.

Clean and fresh
The noise, footsteps through the ceiling whilst based in room 8.
We didn’t have breakfast just room only . Bathroom was tiny and could hardly get to the toilet .
Bed was on castors on a wood floor and kept moving across the floor when you went to sit on the bed
Staff very nice. We were strnaded on account of storm Darragh and they really looked after us

Beds slipped around the floor and uncomfortable. All round felt like a contractors hotel not for visitors

There was nothing we didn't like.
This was our third stay in three months and as ever was wonderful. For the price and location the rooms are wonderful. Always exceptionally clean and of a high standard. We chose to have an upgraded room the last two stays, for a little extra room. We stayed on the top floor which is light and bright. We had different hosts on this stay and what a joy they were, as were the previous hosts. Nothing is too much trouble and the continental breakfast and eggs were delicious. We look forward to returning in the new year.
If you have mobility, or other health conditions, it can be a steep walk up: However, aways offered help with bags by the hosts. This isn't something we 'didn't like' as it was our choice, but may be useful information for others.
