Why you did not confirmed the stay?
The hotel refused me checkin after they found out that the reservation was done online through Booking.com, which relegated the reservation to OYO rooms. Extremely bad experience with a hotel in Bangalore. They wanted more money because apparently the rate at which reservation was made was not to their liking and they wanted Rs 500 more per day than what I had already paid.

They charged 1000 while I booked the room for 580 in booking. com

Suddenly staff demanded 600 extra and with paying extra money no admission they said and after cancelling the request id from oyo call center he told me to pay now 1600 directly and will give the room.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was big and had a balcony overlooking the city.
In my case was great for staying the night before getting the bus in Vyttila Hub the next morning.
