Pros:

Tranquilidad del sitio, personal muy atento y servicial

Cons:

Difícil acceso para personas con limitación de movilidad o alguna patología que dificulte subir " lomas", aunque son absolutamente atentos y resolutivos

Naturaleza y descanso
Pros:

El lugar es muy lindo, muy natural, da mucha paz y tranquilidad, es ideal para desconectarse y descansar.
El personal es muy amable y esta todo el tiempo dispuesto a colaborar con cualquier cosa, la comida es deliciosa y hay variedad para almuerzos y cenas, el desayuno es abundante, las camas son muy cómodas, la vista desde la habitación es hermosa y el balcón muy lindo para pasar el rato, las piscinas son muy bonitas para descansar y privadas.

Cons:

No es apto para adultos mayores pues al encontrarse en la montaña es de dificil acceso. Tal vez a las habitaciones les hace falta un mueble más como para acomodar mejor las maletas y no tener que dejarlas en el piso. Y solo como sugerencia, el baño de la habitación al tener la pared en vidrio hay poca privacidad.

Conexión con la naturaleza, descanso total, desconexión del ruido de la ciudad
Pros:

El desayuno muy rico, balanceado y buena cantidad. Excelente el lugar, en medio de la naturaleza, se puedo observar el rio cerca del lugar, la habitación es amplia con balcón para observar la naturaleza.
La atención fue excelente, muy acogedores y atentos.

Cons:

Todo me gusto, no tengo queja alguna.

Solo, que al momento de salir del hotel, señalizar o indicar hacia donde coger, porque nos perdimos.

Awesome hotel with stunning staff.
Pros:

The staff was very kind and helpful. It has the most value for the hotel.

Cons:

It is necessary to review the restaurant menu. The menu needs to be upgraded. It must offers snacks in the afternoon and for the dinner full menu, not only wraps or sandwichs.
