La chambre était superbe avec la piscine privée donnant sur une vue imprenable sur les animaux

Facility and service were excellent beside service complaint i wrote above
Cons:

All three of us got sick and at least one other person I know got sick at the property.
So I reached out to see what might have caused and to know if there was more cases. I called two times in two different days and was told manager would reach out to me but never got a respond.
Very disappointing to see especially at FOUR SEASONS

The service was perfect , the employees were very hard working and made us feel at home as soon as we showed up , this hotel is flawless.
Noel our safari guide was very passionate doing his job and made us enjoy this experience to the max . Thank You until next time !

OUTSTANDING
Pros:

The location is perfect, you can watch the animal drink water from the pond. The hotel is beautiful and the staff s incredibly sweet and attentionate. Service and follow-up is impeccable. They had organized everything from A-Z. No words to describe this perfect hotel, it is really outstanding and worth the money.

Cons:

The only remark was that the massage in itself could've been better. The masseuses need more training. The food was average compared to everything else.

Incredible awe inspiring and unique experience. Would go again!
Pros:

The all inclusive made food nice and easy. Breakfast was good. Location great, and coordination of game drives very easy and enjoyable, with the dedicated drivers.

Cons:

Dinner options were not great nor or great quality. But given the beauty of the location, food was less of a priority this trip.
