Foreign tourists and Colombian citizens currently living outside of Colombia are exempt from taxes when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations and services). Upon arrival, a tourist visa TP - 11 or a permit - 5 / PTP - 5 must be presented.

We have free shuttle service from 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. The service is in set hours. Please send us your itinerary in order to give you the hour that is the nearest to your arrival time. You can find the shuttle in the second floor, gate 5 to El Dorado Airport. Or if you want we have private transfer with an extra charge. In order to coordinate this service please send us your flight number, airline, origin, arrival time, number of people and WhatsApp number.

For executive floor room rates over 120 USD per night, benefits include special amenities, Happy Hour from 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. with limited canapés and some beverages and a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.

Excelente hotel, con una gran ubicacion
Pros:

El servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto es excelente y muy eficiente, las instalaciones fueron muy buenos, la atencion del personal inmejorable.

Cons:

Las zonas humedas estan condicionadas a el spa y a realizar un pago adicional para estos servicios, seria bueno que fueran de uso de todos los huespedes, adicionalmente, el desasyuno pudo ser un poco mas variado.

Pros:

La chambre était spacieuse et très confortable. Les nuits étaient calmes mais l'hôtel n'était pas plein.
Très bon petit déjeuner en buffet.

Cons:

Dommage que dans un pays où les fruit sont savoureux de n'avoir que des fruits pas mûrs au petit déjeuner.
Aussi, pour un hôtel de ce standing, il n'y a pas de piscine mais seulement un centre de spa avec des prix exorbitants...
