Estancia agradable y tranquila
Pros:

me gusto la variedad en el desayuno, la seguridad y el personal muy cálido, servicio de recogida y llevada al aeropuerto genera tranquilidad.

Cons:

En el momento de realizar la reserva tenia imagenes de una piscina y realmente por eso lo reservamos sin embargo cuando llegamos la piscina no hace parte de la reserva del hotel se debe de pagar adicional y menores de 08 años no dejan ingresar entonces genera un descontento siento que la publicidad debe ser muy clara con el fin de no generar expectativas a la hora de reservar.

Le falta dedicacion al cliente
Pros:

La vista de la habitacion, y el bar con musica todas las noches. La ubicacion muy practica.

Cons:

El hotel para ser de buen nivel, siquiera tenia agua en lugares comunes, solo en el gym, shampoo solo reponían si pedis, hizo noches de frio y no tenian calefacción calor, solo frio.- Esperaba un poco mas

Segura, tranquila, pero inconforme con los servicios que han quitado

La seguridad, el personal, el postre de almojabanas, la limpieza de baños, el room service, lo rico que huelen las , tienes servicio de recogida en el aeropuerto cada hora y también de regreso completamente gratis

Cons:

El precio de la habitación sin desayuno y el costo del desayuno por aparte, es irreal un desayuno en 76.000 mil pesos.
El año pasado para la misma fecha llegamos y estaba incluido en desayuno, te recibían con refrigerios, habían más pods de café en la estación de café de la habitación, este año solo colocaron 2 y yo soy exageradamente cafetera, me tomo uno para dormir
