Foreign tourists and Colombian citizens currently living outside of Colombia are exempt from taxes when purchasing a tourist package (accommodations and services). Upon arrival, a tourist visa TP - 11 or a permit - 5 / PTP - 5 must be presented.

We have free shuttle service from 09:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m. The service is in set hours. Please send us your itinerary in order to give you the hour that is the nearest to your arrival time. You can find the shuttle in the second floor, gate 5 to El Dorado Airport. Or if you want we have private transfer with an extra charge. In order to coordinate this service please send us your flight number, airline, origin, arrival time, number of people and WhatsApp number.

For executive floor room rates over 120 USD per night, benefits include special amenities, Happy Hour from 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. with limited canapés and some beverages and a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor. There wasn't a great selection of food compared with other hotels I stayed in.
No free swimming pool - they have some water circut thing and you need to pay for it.

Viaje grupal Enero 2026 Una hermosa experiencia
Pros:

A nuestra llegada que fue casi a la media noche tuvimos un buen recibimiento fuimos un grupo grande. Las atenciones al cliente muy buena. Y al frente del hotel se encuentra una comandancia de policía.

La verdad que no tenemos nada negativo que decir del hotel lleno todas nuestras expectativas.

El olor muy agradable habitación muy amplia igual el baño muy buena ubicación y atención

La cena en el restaurante no fue lo que esperamos en cuanto a sabor y presentación. Creo que no se ajusta el precio para lo que recibes y usamos la ducha con agua caliente y después no fue posible volver a tener agua fría

El trato en recepción. Fuimos un grupo de más de 100 personas y se había llegado a un acuerdo de que se iba a pagar $10 por desayuno y dudaron cuando le hicimos el reclamo. Una tontería como alegar que ya nos habían dado la galletita de recibimiento cuando nunca nos las dieron , demuestra la calidad del personal. Muy decepcionante esa falta de respeto. Pues yo sería incapaz de hacer un reclamo innecesario.

Bonjour,

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec balcon, pensant pouvoir profiter pleinement de cet espace.

Malheureusement, le balcon n’était pas propre et ne comportait aucun aménagement (ni chaises, ni table), ce qui le rendait inutilisable. Cela ne correspond pas aux prestations attendues pour une chambre avec balcon.

C’est regrettable, car ce type de détail impacte directement le confort et l’expérience du séjour.
