Comfortable but staff was not so great
Pros:

The bedroom was comfortable and AC was working well.

Cons:

On our last night there were pipe issues we had no cold water and the toilet was not flushing which made this night extremely uncomfortable, I had let the hotel staff know and they checked it and nothing was done about it. I would have appreciated a room change or a small compensation. Instead we had to stay with this issue for another day before we checked out.

Cons:

其他房客非常誇張，半夜1點再次在走廊奔跑嬉戲，櫃檯電話根本打不通，我出去溝通只有安靜半小時，就持續吵鬧到早上4-5點，根本沒辦法休息，早上跟工作人員反應也只有會在反饋這樣，我只好在付了600元延遲退房，整晚沒睡真的太累了
