Nice stay overall.
Pros:

Penthouse rooms offer a jacuzzi on the balcony, a large bed in a compact space and a decent sized bathroom.
The hotel is in a quiet area, there are several places to eat and drink.
The staff are very good and do their best to accommodate you, I feel for a 5 star hotel they could perhaps have more staff to really focus on service.

Cons:

Mini Bar in room isn't offered as part of the executive lounge offer, it's also not replenished like for like every day.
It's a small hotel, there were numerous times reception wasn't manned likely due to the staff having to do other tasks.
The restaurant that is joined to the hotel has very sporadic opening times, often closing before the stated time.
The buffet breakfast isn't the best, certainly compared to food offered to customers who choose menu items. For the prices you're better off paying as you go
The executive lounge is often not fully stocked or isn't replenished once items go. For a premium offering this should be better maintained.
Some hotels in surrounding areas offer a pick up from the airport, this is something that should be considered for a 5 star offering in my opinion.

C’était bon . Merci à l’hôtel
Pros:

Le personnel, surtout le monsieur à l’accueil. Malheureusement j’ai pas demandé son prénom, mais il était toujours très attentionné. Il nous a donné toujours des bonnes suggestions d’où y aller et comment aller.

Cons:

Un soir je pense qu’il a eu un soucis avec de l’eau et on avez pas de l’eau dans la chambre le soir et on a pas était prévenu
