Otelin hemen altında bir Asya Mutfağı Sokak Yemekleri yapan bir yer vardı. Kötü Kokunun tamamı odamızın içindeyedi. Bookingden rezervasyonumuzu Kahvaltı dahil yaptığımız halde, Otel Resepsiyonu 1. Gün sonunda ikinci Kişi için Kahvaltı Ücreti istedi. Biz de kabul etmedik. Bir süre sonra bundan vazgeçtiler. Kahvaltı kesinlikle beklentimizin çok altındaydı, beğenmedik.

My husband and I just got home after a fabulous stay at the Royale Sainte Helene. From the moment we arrived, the hotel was warm, spotless and and very welcoming. The staff memebers were absolutely amazing, they could not do enough for us. The great thing about the hotel is that is just under 6km from the airport, we would recommend the Bolt App! The hotel is very close to all the main attractions, most less than 15 minutes away, Mdina, Valletta, Silema etc and it also is the home to D'Vine wine bar and restaurant. The staff, the food, the wine, all exceptional and delicious. Breakfast was provided here too! Thank you all so much for looking after us over the last week, we will be back! A special shout out to Diwash for all his help and a very thoughtful gift on checkout 😍

Fenomenal
Pros:

Lo que más nos gustó fue el servicio y la comodidad. El personal muy amable y atento, sobre todo los recepcionistas del hotel, nos ayudaron en todo y nos dieron mucha información útil sobre los lugares más importantes para visitar.

Superb! Ospitalitate la nivel ridicat, asistenta din partea angajatilor foarte buna si prompta (Lukasz from the reception), view-ul este superb, am stat in camera cu jacuzzi, angajatii au grija sa fie mereu fierbinte si la dispozitie.

Says on facilities that hotel has spa with massages etc however this is not the case!
Pros:

The jacuzzi was nice in the room.

Cons:

The room had a weird damp/foul smell which never went away.

Pros:

Ładny pokój, wygodne łóżka, miła obsługa, ale jak na standard hotelu i cenę spodziewałam się czegoś bardziej komfortowego.

Cons:

W pokoju w nocy słychać dźwięki z korytarza, co przeszkadza i utrudnia zasypianie. Głośna klimatyzacja, która też przeszkadzała w nocy.
