Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna, przystanek 10m dalej z głównymi liniami autobusowymi, wiec jest to świetnabaza wypadowa do zwiedzania. Blisko kawiarni, restauracji i sklepów. Obsługa przemiła, dokładająca wszelkich starań by pomóc ( tu szczególnie dobrze rozmawiało się nam z Nirvikiem). W środku czysto, ładnie, schludnie.
Ładny widok na miasto z balkonu na 3 piętrze.
Łózko wygodne, szerokie, komfortowe.

Cons:

Dwa małe minusiki to dość mały wybór produktów przy śniadaniu ( brakowało joghurtow naturalnych i większej ilości świeżych owoców), ale produkty same w sobie były dobrej jakości.
-uszczelnienie drzwi balkonowych świetne wgl nie słychać ulicy za oknem, za to drzwi pokojowe nie wygluszały korytarza.
- jedyną skazą na czystości był narożniczek prysznica gdzie przydalo by sie doczyścić osad kamienia.

Disappointing experience: Does not meet 5-star international standards

Nothing! Unfortunately, I cannot find any positive aspects to mention.

Cons:

Service & Staff: I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism. When I requested standard 5-star amenities (bathrobes, slippers, vanity kits/cotton pads), the female staff member on duty completely ignored the request. Despite speaking calmly, no action was taken to assist me.Room Issues: The room lacks a basic wardrobe. Furthermore, the air conditioning unit was leaking water, which caused damage to my clothing.Environment: The hotel is located on a very noisy road. Due to the strong food odors coming from the budget eatery located directly below, it was impossible to open the windows for fresh air.Facilities: The hotel restaurant was closed during the day, meaning no lunch options were available upon our arrival.Value for Money: This establishment claims a 5-star rating, but the service and facilities provided are closer to a 3-star level.Conclusion:I moved to a boutique hotel in Valletta which, despite having no official star rating, provided a far superior experience in terms of cleanliness and hospitality. I would not recommend Saint Elena for those seeking a luxury stay in Malta.

Por fin Malta !!
Pros:

La amabilidad de los recepcionistas, en especial Kirvi (creo recordar que ese era su nombre). Las instalaciones son muy nuevas y la cama es muy cómoda. Buen desayuno.

Cons:

El balcón maltés que teníamos en la habitación era muy auténtico, pero estaba mal insonorizado y se oía bastante el tráfico de la calle desde bien pronto por la mañana.

Nirvik made our stay pleasant with always helpful recommendations.

Perfect location for trips in Malta, nice rooms (a bit smaller but comfortable), helpful staff and a lot of restaurants, shops and nice park in surroundings.

Cons:

When i arrived i booked wrong date cos it was midnight and i asked to receptionist about cancellation and we cancelled and i booked again one day before. So. They sold that room. But room was dirty no clean. I accepted cos i had no chance to go another otel cos i bought already twice. 2 days i paid more than 300 euro. And they didnt even refund my money back plus i stayed dirty room :) pls dont come here guys.
