Mi dispiace ma purtroppo il fatto che chiedano €50 al gg per qualsiasi tipo di evenienza (???) poi anche la carta di credito sempre per evenienze (????)

Avevamo chiesto la colazione x il gg della ns partenza e non ce l’hanno preparata ed è un servizio che loro danno ma con il cambio del personale non era stato comunicato dall’uno all’altro pazzesco

Kameralny hotel, w kategoriach maltańskich wyróżniająca się jakość i czystość. Duża dbałość o gości i ich komfort. Bardzo wygodne łóżko, rewelacyjny materac, duża łazienka, cicho pomimo okna wychodzącego na ulicę, nowoczesna klimatyzacja. Wisienka na torcie to basen na dachu, niewielki, ale bardzo przyjemny. Dziękuję za dokupienie produktów wegańskich na moje śniadanie.

Buena relacion calidad/precio a mejorar el colchón
Pros:

Buena estancia..El hotel es moderno, estaba muy limpio, bien ubicado para desplazarte por la isla, ( los alrededores del hotel algo feo) El personal de recepción muy amable. Detalle de dos botellas de agua todos los días se agradece, aparte el mueble bar de pago bastante completo

Cons:

No lo consideraría un hotel de 5 estrellas como tal, más bien de 4 estrellas. El baño es bastante pequeño y, sobre todo, quería dejar una nota para la dirección del hotel: los colchones necesitan ser renovados por otros de mayor calidad.

En concreto, el colchón de la habitación 203 está bastante cedido por los bordes, probablemente debido al mal uso y al paso del tiempo. Creo que es un aspecto importante a mejorar, ya que un buen colchón es fundamental para disfrutar de una buena estancia y, especialmente, para poder descansar bien después de un largo día visitando la isla de Malta.

Por lo demás, la estancia fue agradable y, con un buen colchón, repetiría la estancia.

The staff went beyond to assist and friendly making every effort to ensure all requests were met. Clean. Executive lounge. Choice in breakfast buffet and a la carte menus.

Es könnte ein tolles Hotel sein, scheitert aber an den Softfacts.
Pros:

Ein schönes und gutgelegenes Boutique Hotel. Das Hotel wurde in typischen Malteser Häusern eingebaut, daher ist etwas verwinkelt und manchmal auch eng. Ob man das mag, ist Geschmackssache. Meiner Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Vom Pool auf dem Dach hat man einen schönen Ausblick. Zum Schwimmen nicht geeignet, jedoch perfekt für eine Abkühlung, sich treiben lassen und entspannen.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat einen beleuchtete Außenfassade, was von außen nett aussieht. Mein Zimmer konnte man jedoch nicht richtig abdunkeln. Es ist also bis spät abends lange hell im Zimmer. Blöd, wenn man morgens früh raus muss um ins Büro zukommen. Bei den Vorhängen muss dringend etwas gemacht werden.

Das Hotelpersonal ignoriert die Gäste aktiv und ist auch nicht interessiert Probleme zu lösen.

Die Zimmerreinigungszeiten sind extrem spät. Teilweise nach 18:00, was stört. Wenn man abends ins Hotel kommt, dann sollte das Zimmer in Ordnung sein.

Das Frühstück ist spärlich, jedoch grade ausreichend. Eine Tasse Kaffee zu bekommen schwierig, weil man aktiv ignoriert wird. Hier lieber ohne Frühstück buchen und außerhalb Möglichkeiten suchen.
