Très bel hôtel boutique, chambres spacieuses, en plein centre-ville, nous avons profité de la piscine sur le toit et d’un massage. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le personnel.
J’ai commandé un taxi pour mon départ, il n’est jamais arrivé, nous avons dû en prendre un autre. j’attends tjr le remboursement de l’hôtel, je trouve cela très incorrect de la part du gérant.
Es un hotel increíble! Dan un servicio y atención muy personalizada. Haníbal, el chef, José sin palabras. Servicio muy muy pendiente de nuestras necesidades. Oswaldo el administrador también muy atento. Y todo el servicio en general. Es un fuerte que cuando entras estás aislado del caos de la ciudad de Cartagena. Un diez!

Habían muchos mosquitos que se entraban al cuarto. Creo que por tener tantas plantas eso hacía que hubiesen mosquitos. En la noche nos picaron horrible.

Beautiful building and furniture. Nice welcome drink. Room is huge and was the most beautiful room from our vacation in Colombia, Very nice pillows. Bathroom looks very nice to. Beautiful rooftop terrace. Friendly concierge. We left our luggage for some hours because we had a flight we had to wait on. Received another drink and could make use of the rooftop terrace after check out
There was a party from the owner which made a lot of noice. We wanted to relax at the room from 17.00-20.00 but there was a lot of sound of screaming people, music and people in de jacuzzi which produced the sound like a machine room. We asked until what time the party would last. The concierge assured it would stop at 22.00. When we came back from dinner the party was still going on at 22.30. We asked another employee when it would stop and he said at 23.00. We asked if it could stop now and they did do we were happy with that. I think it would have been better to close the hotel for other guests if you have so many people coming over for a party.
