It has absolutely nothing to do with a five-star hotel.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were quite clean, the buffet dinner in the restaurant was very good but very expensive.

Cons:

The gym, sauna, swimming pool, and massage room are all incredibly dirty. The equipment in the gym is 30 years old, and none of it works properly.It has absolutely nothing to do with a five-star hotel.
