Location was quite good. Within easy reach of both Centaurus and Giga malls. Also very close to Sadar bazaar. All staff were polite and professional.

Cons:

Property was a little dated and could do with a refurb. Didn’t like the phones in the bathroom which were a thing 20-30yrs ago but should be removed.

Centrally located, clean, and exceptionally well-maintained, the hotel offers comfortable beds spotless bedding. and a decent breakfast selection, What keeps bringing me back to Pearl-Continenta Rawalpindi, however, is its outstanding staff. Habiba, Tayyaba, Faasih, Badar and Anas at the front desk are always professional, courteous, and welcoming. Fida and Kamran from the security team greet guests with warm smiles and are always ready to assist at the elevators. Sidra at Marco Polo is equally amazing, providing excellent service every time.
I would also like to make a special mention of Imran, a member of the housekeeping team who is specially abled. He is truly a gem. Despite his responsibilities in the parking area, he never fails to greet me warmly and always comes to see me off with a smile as I leave after checking out. His kindness and dedication leave a lasting impression.
The exceptional hospitality of the entire team is the main reason I keep choosing PC Rawalpindi whenever I visit the city.

It was a good experience with family but PC management must upgrade property's infrastructure

I recently stayed at PC Hotel Rawalpindi. The staff and service were truly five-star—professional, courteous, and always willing to help. Their hospitality is one of the hotel's biggest strengths.

However, I believe the management should now focus on upgrading the property's infrastructure. The washrooms still have outdated sanitary fittings, and the wooden doors and some interior finishes feel old and of a lower standard compared to modern five-star hotels. While the service exceeds expectations, the physical condition of the building no longer fully reflects the premium experience guests expect today.

With some renovation and modernization, this hotel could once again set the benchmark for luxury hospitality.
