We stayed in two rooms: a Royal Suite and a standard room.

The air-conditioning was malfunctioning in both rooms. The Royal Suite was freezing cold, and despite multiple attempts, the issue could not be resolved. Only a small portable space heater was provided, which was insufficient for the large suite. My children, who needed more space to play, were confined to the beds due to the cold.

In the standard room, the situation was the opposite: it remained unbearably hot all night. The AC could not circulate cold air and only blew hot air, making it impossible to sleep.

We raised a complaint the next morning, but the staff’s response was only an apology, with no compensation or remedy offered. The customer service was very disappointing.

We paid for a service we did not receive; the night was extremely unpleasant for my entire family.

Overall, this was a waste of money. If something goes wrong, you should not expect proper resolution beyond an apology.

Pros:

The location and the ease of check in. The staff was absolutely amazing including the Guest Relations Officer Tayyaba. She was super accommodating and very helpful.

I strongly recommend pc Rawalpindi to the overseas visitors.

Loved PC Pindi. Will prefer to stay there again

Breakfast is very good,in fact whatever I wanted was there.Bed is not very comfortable, bathrooms are worn out and need to be renovated .
Staff is well trained and courteous . The front desk staff /GRT was a pleasure. Tayaba and Habiba were the ones I would like to mention. The entire Guest Relation Team met the expectations.

Pros:

I recently stayed at PC Hotel Rawalpindi and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming environment, and the staff were professional and courteous throughout my stay. The room was clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing atmosphere.

I also tried the dinner buffet, which was quite good. There was a nice variety of dishes, and the quality of the food met expectations. We especially enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant the atmosphere was warm and made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Cons:

One challenge, however, was related to travel and accessibility. Due to the ongoing construction work on the main GT Road, reaching the hotel was somewhat inconvenient. The entry route felt a bit complicated and confusing, especially for first-time visitors.
