Hot location and PC is the brand name but need a lot improvement .

Front Desk staff Specially Ms. Tayyaba warm welcoming Great Personality , The way of dealing is so commendable and I am really Impressed . Keep it up and good work.

Very bad experience with them soon we checked in after that keys stop working took 1 hour to get the sorted then room locked at 2.30am in the morning Cleaner said someone inside i said its no one inside he called the security because they not believe me after that they called the engineer and he opened the door the door lock was faulty fungus in the bathrooms water leaks from celling electric wires was hanging ask for iron they said they said its on the way but they didn't send 3 times I was asking but they don't care then ask for baby bed they said we will give you but they didn't waiting all night they are the worse ones definitely will never recommend to anyone specially for family

The central location, clean and well-maintained premises, comfortable beds, and reasonable room rates have made PC Rawalpindi my preferred place to stay whenever I’m in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. But, for me, the most important thing is the staff.
Each and every member of the PC Rawalpindi team is amazing and always makes the stay more pleasant. However, I would especially like to mention Habiba from the front desk team, who has always been exceptionally warm and welcoming.
Habiba greets guests with a genuine, warm smile and makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk through the door. Her professionalism, friendliness, and positive attitude truly stand out.
A great hotel is not just about its rooms or facilities—it’s about the people who make you feel at home. Habiba and the entire PC Rawalpindi team do exactly that.

Absolutely exceptional experience at PC Rawalpindi.

From the moment we arrived, the level of care, hospitality and attention to detail was outstanding. Salif, Tayyaba, and the entire team went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional, courteous and genuinely attentive.

The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, and it was clear that extremely high standards are maintained across the property. What impressed us most, however, was the personal care and effort shown by the staff. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every request was handled with a smile and genuine willingness to help.

A special thank you to Salif and Tayyaba for their exceptional service, but also to the wider PC Rawalpindi team who collectively made our experience so enjoyable.

This is hospitality at its very best. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning again.
