A childen under 12 years old can stay when using existing beds for a bee of USD 12 plus taxes. An additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes also applies to children under 12 years old.


Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.

Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.

Please note that the breakfast fee for children from 5 to 12 years olda is USD12 + taxes.

Un viaje cómodo
Pros:

Todo el personal tiene un trato muy amable, se preocupan por nuestra comodidad y nos explican cada área del hotel.
El hotel tiene diversas áreas para que puedas disfrutar y relajarte, las aguas termales quedan muy cerca y hace que te puedas relajar con comodidad.
La limpieza es 10/10 siempre cuidadoso en quedan todo este agradable para la vista del cliente.
El desayuno es variado y muy bueno.
Recomendaría ir en carro propio ya que sale a un mejor precio, pero la ubicación no es tan lejos de la plaza.

Cons:

Todo bien, solo me hubiera gustado que haya buffet en el almuerzo.

Great stay to get away
Pros:

The property has lots of activities to enjoy like feeding animals, bonfires, and swimming. Everything was clean and the grounds are lovely.

Cons:

The worst part is getting there. The drive to hotel is definitely a little challenging and it’s removed from other things.

Es un lugar sobrevalorado
Pros:

Queda en lugar con un entorno natural muy bonito, la comida estuvo buena, los cuartos cómodos.

Cons:

Pensé tener una mejor experiencia en el lugar, para empezar el acceso es por una vía en muy malas condiciones, el servicio en sí dentro del hotel no es una gran experiencia como esperaba, creo que a su staff dentro del restaurante y bar les falta enfoque al
