A childen under 12 years old can stay when using existing beds for a bee of USD 12 plus taxes. An additional breakfast fee of USD 12 plus taxes also applies to children under 12 years old.
Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18%. To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. Guests who are not able to present both documents will be required to pay the fee.
Foreign business travelers who require a printed invoice, will also be charged the additional 18% regardless of the length of their stay in Peru. This fee is not automatically calculated in the total costs for the reservation.
Please note that the breakfast fee for children from 5 to 12 years olda is USD12 + taxes.

la accesibilidad, en caso no tienes auto propio o alquilado
Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. Cuentan con zona de juegos, hay un observatorio. Recomendado para relajarse.
La sazón de la comida podria mejorar más, en comparación con otros lugares.

The property has lots of activities to enjoy like feeding animals, bonfires, and swimming. Everything was clean and the grounds are lovely.
The worst part is getting there. The drive to hotel is definitely a little challenging and it’s removed from other things.

Pensé tener una mejor experiencia en el lugar, para empezar el acceso es por una vía en muy malas condiciones, el servicio en sí dentro del hotel no es una gran experiencia como esperaba, creo que a su staff dentro del restaurante y bar les falta enfoque al

The service and food is very weak. The breakfast is inedible and the service is weak. The restaurant would be empty with two staff members standing there and no one coms an over to take the order for ages. The rooms are also very cold, so pack warm

Isolation des chambres moyennes et des rideaux laissant passer la lumière.
Piscine couverte non chauffée et en cours de réfection avec une forte odeur de peinture ne nous permettant pas d’en profiter lors de notre séjour.
Bains chauds naturels à 5min à pied en supplément
Au final le rapport qualité prix est très médiocre
Desayuno buffete bueno, el hotel a pocos metros de pozas de aguas calientes, las habitaciones cómodas para el descanso, el entorno maravilloso por el paisaje, se puede respirar aire puro, muy lindo!!

Staff was very polite but there were a few things that made the experience a bit disappointed
- The room shown on the photos were of the 2nd floor rooms, I was given the first floor.
- Wifi was not working at all
- I was chaeged $20 more than the price on Booking, eventhough my partner wanted to pay with hos international card the price was gonna be $20 more
