Beautiful resort like experience. Everything one could want or need.
Pros:

The cleanliness was top notch. Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. The staff was amazing. The elevators are fast and plenty of them. I will definitely stay here again for any future needs to be in Orlando.

Cons:

Nothing having a microwave to reheat my coffee.

Excellent Stay and Very Close to Convention Center West Wing
Pros:

room was clean and updated, bed was very comfortable, pillows were very good and we enjoyed our stay and the distance it was to the convention center.

Cons:

found a very small roach in the bathroom but I know sometimes that is hard to control :( It was dead so it only tells me fumigation is happening.

Excellent
Pros:

The amenities, the staff, the food was great (breakfast). The parking was a bit expensive but manageable.

Cons:

The far away parking, but I found out that there was continental shuttles that took you to and from the car. I found out a day before check out. So future reference make sure you let people know that does the self parking that they are shuttles taking you to and from the parking garage.
