Excellent - property and amenities were beautiful and staff gracious and helpful
Pros:

Location to convention center. Do to a very loud and little roust family / children in an adjacent room, we asked for assistance and the in. Staff assisted and allowed us to move to another room. This was late Monday afternoon - sorry I cannot recall the name of the desk clerk that was extremely helpful.

Regular hotel not worth the price and parking was hell and that walk from the garage to the elevator.
Pros:

I don’t think I like anything at this hotel. I guess the view of the highway and that I could see sea world park.

Cons:

My stay was okay overall, but there were a few things that could have been better. The biggest issue was the parking situation. Having to walk back and forth from the parking garage was very difficult, especially being seven months pregnant. I can only imagine how challenging it must be for older guests or anyone with mobility issues. I honestly don’t understand why the hotel charges for both parking garage access and valet parking. If guests are already paying to park, I feel like they should offer one option without making the process so inconvenient.

The hotel itself was somewhat nice, but it wasn’t the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Orlando. Another issue was the noise. The walls seemed very thin, and I could hear conversations and noise from the neighboring rooms, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful, quiet stay. Overall, my experience was okay, but there are definitely some areas where the hotel could improve, especially when it comes to parking convenience and soundproofing

Close to convention center
Pros:

Great location for the convention center and nice pool area.

Cons:

The hotel was pretty noisy. There seemed to be a lot of banging and construction type sounds, but I never saw any construction. The plumbing also made a lot of noise in the bathroom, the sound of constant toilet flushing from above and below at all hours, and I was staying in the top floor. For light sleepers, this could be a challenging place to stay.

Favorite comic con Hotel we’ve stayed here three times a year for four
Pros:

Location is very good

Cons:

They close the pool due to lightning, but when there was no lightning and there were still two hours left before they had to close it for the night they would not open it even though there was no lightning within 10 miles

Decent place to stay for an overnight, but I wouldn't want to stay there for an extended stay.
Pros:

The food at all dining venues was good but not outstanding. However, the personnel were great! The pool area was large and very accommodating for lots of people.

Cons:

They had to swap out my room because the AC wasn't working in my first room. They sent the engineer twice and the AC system went haywire after each visit. When they put me in a different room, the same thing happened again and the engineer had to some again and reconnect the AC system to the thermostat. The fan wouldn't stay on and therefore the room would get unbearably stuffy before the AC would kick on again - no matter what temperature I set it on.
