Pros:

The pool. The convention center sky bridge. The food

Cons:

My ac in my room wasn't the Greatest. We stayed in room 1942. It seemed to cut off when we were gone. It also seemed to cut off while we were sleeping. It would get hot in there. The only other problem was the electricity shut down, but that was an entire block, not just the hotel. The pillows world be another complaint. The pillows at cabana Bay were amazing. The pillows here were small and stiff. Other than that, I love the rosen and we will be back.

You get what you get
Pros:

Great location for convention. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

No water pressure in the shower and water never got hot. I confirmed this was the case with my friend staying in another room across the hall as well.
Could be cleaner, but I didn’t feel super unsafe, either. Trade off for location.

Overall I enjoyed my time at Rosen Centre and would return again
Pros:

Overall the facility and staff were friendly. There was a good amount of food choices within the hotel. I was there for an event at OCC so I really loved how there was a sky bridge to walk from the hotel to OCC. check in and check out was quick and easy

Cons:

I wish the process to place a to go order was a little better, you have to cram into the middle of the bar in between guest sitting at the bar which was a little chaotic and typically I always had to wait for the bartender to finish with the orders at the bar first before getting service, which is understandable but also a bit of a customer dissatisfaction in my opinion

Great location. Friendly staff
Pros:

I like the proximity to the convention center. The room was nice. The restaurants were plentiful and reasonably priced. The elevator systems were exceptional, never a long wait. The staff were very helpful.

Cons:

The TV service was poor. The ratio of pool chairs to guests was abominable.
