➡️ “The kitchen staff were extremely responsive. They didn’t have cappuccino, but the whole staff immediately helped and made it.. The breakfast was also quite varied, and a European guest could easily feel satisfied.

Cons:

We had a hard time at the airport and couldn’t find the shuttle bus at all. Then we asked one of the staff members to call the hotel, and after some time they called back and sent a car for us. So without your call, no one will meet you — I messaged them three times and no one replied.

У вас такие замечательные ребята работают на ресепшене. Любые просьбы, любые вопросы- все выполняют и помогают. Мне кажется они достойны самой хорошей и дорогой униформы. Купите им классную одежду, пжлст

Just brilliant!
Pros:

This place was exceptional in every way. Staff went above and beyond and were super friendly. The breakfast is fantastic and the whole place was just brilliant. Our entire stay in Guangzhou was amazing we loved it! Thank you.

Cons:

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The aesthetic of the hotel is my type of vibe. The hotel taxi to and from the airport was brilliant. just bare in mind that you have to message the hotel once you've arrived at the airport. The shuttle isnt just continuously going to and from the hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was nice. I only stayed for one night due to layover so if you do not speak Chinese then please have your translation app ready. Also have cash with you as none of the local shops accept debit cards.

Cons:

This is only my personal issue but everything on the TV was in Chinese, including the tablet next to the bed and I couldn't find any option to change it to English so I was very bored.

Fantastic
Pros:

Clean room, friendly staff, free shuttle (if told to meet at gate 46 and your arriving via international, it is located on the 3rd floor) and the breakfast!! Wow was amazing !! Chinese style food as well as continental with pastries, bread, fresh fruits etc. Would recommend!
