Pros:

The staff is always available and promptly resolves any issues. The room is big with high ceilings. The location is excellent, just 2 minutes from the metro. I would be happy to come back when I am in Guangzhou!

Очень хороший район, метро рядом, большой ТЦ, куча кафе . В номере есть все необходимое. Один из двух номеров был слегка подубитый. Второй отличный. Уборка ежедневно. Персонал отзывчивый. Однозначно рекомендую👍

Cons:

Полу и ванной комнате в одном из номеров необходим ремонт.

Cons:

Ресепшн другом здании, а комнаты в другом. После регистрации надо идти другому жилому комплексу по близости. И там один етаж сделали как отел. Не чисто. Балкон вроде есть - но 1 квм. В комнате большие тараканы. Стены из за влаги в плохом состоянии. Фотографии прилагаются. Мы приехали в2 часа ночи по этому должны были там остаться. Не смотря что платили за 6 ночи- утром побежали оттуда
