Eveything was excellent. Good service especially, everyday the rooms is perfectly cleaned and filled with two coffees teas and many extras. Good restaurant and cheerful colleagues. They were exceptionally helpful. Thank you, see you next time :)

Comfortable stay, great location
Pros:

I travelled as a solo female and stayed for two nights. The location is good for public transport, within walking distance to Guangzhouan (Guangzhou South) metro and train stations. I was able to easily reach my sightseeing destinations (the metro system in Guangzhou is excellent). It also felt vey safe.
Regarding the hotel location: this is not a touristy area, with many offices around. You will have a couple of basic restaurants downstairs, and a 7/11.
Breakfast: I found it ok, with Chinese and Western options. For the price, I think you are better off eating out locally somewhere else.
English-speaking staff: some front desk staff do not speak English, but they have a translating device that works perfectly. Overall I found staff attentive and helpful.
Room: fantastic room, with amenities from Malin + Goetz and Dyson hairdryers.
It is very important you have AliPay and WeChat as even room service is managed through WeChat.

Pros:

Staff were lovely, hotel had lots of character, amazing city view

Cons:

Food in the hotel could have been a bit cheaper compared to places nearby but that’s to be expected

The staff we very friendly and easy to work with, the location worked well for the station

Cons:

We had booked a non smoking room but were given a room that smelled intensely of cigarette smoke. The staff tried to help and gave us a another room which, while slightly better, still smelled a lot like smoke. (the hotel was fully booked for the night so that may have influenced their ability to help). Coffee at the breakfast was not very good

A wonderful hotel not far from the train station
Pros:

We had read many reviews saying that everything in this hotel was bad, but the hotel was conveniently located near the train station. In the end, we really liked everything. The room was fantastic, the beds were comfortable, and the huge shower with strong water pressure was pure bliss. Everything was very stylish and beautiful. ✨
