A great place to stay when in Miami for pleassure and work

So disappointed

The view

Cons:

Our condo was filthy we were given the wrong condo. We paid for an Executive Suite and we never got it. Everything was moldy in the washrooms, half the time there was no hot water, and the showers would back up and not drain. All the air filters were full of dust and mold. All the balcony furniture was broken. We were supposed to have toiletries and a safe we had no toilet paper or a safe. And we can't seem to get a response from the owner of condo 1217. His name is Renzo@OurFloridaVacation.com . Booking.com has put it on them and they have put it on booking.com. we are getting no satisfaction we are demanding compensation to no avail

A beautiful apartment, stunning view with a bad maintenance.
Pros:

The view is spectacular. The living room, the bedroom and the bathroom were very nice.

Cons:

The kitchen faucet wasn’t working, I asked for service on that and they sent somebody 4 days later at 10.30 pm to fix it. the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The balcony was beautiful but no lounge only chairs which it would be ok if this wouldn’t be a luxury place. The apartment and the bathroom were not very clean… not nice.

Pros:

Renzo was so accommodating and worked with us every step of the way. He was extremely responsive and very friendly. We will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

We really enjoyed everything.
