Pros:

I was in for one night, the dinner was buffet and was good, I left before breakfast for a 6am flight.

Cons:

I booked a transfer for myself from Domestic (ie a pick up) and no one was waiting for me, I needed to pay for a taxi. I then stood in reception and arranged a pick up for Nathan Nel for the 21st and the they agreed he would be picked up and no one was there to pick him up and he had to walk. Here is hoping that when Clinton arrives at domestic at 19:30 TONIGHT his pick I organised in person is waiting for him

Problem with loss of wifi..
Staff had. No immediate back up where it comes to internet. I had a documnt to send out that night but noone would fix the loss of internet in my room very disappointed

Great accommodations and enjoyed the property very much.
Pros:

Clean. Very comfortable! Spacious room comfortable bed and very nice bathroom.

The half wall in bathtub is not great at keeping the water in and off the floor when showering but everything else was great!

The property is right at the airport

Cons:

For the price we paid, they should have done better with the toilet paper.
They should also work on cobwebs in the dining area.

Cons:

This hotel tries to deceive its customers in every way possible. I paid for the hotel in advance and received confirmation of payment. But when I arrived at the hotel, they told me I hadn't made a reservation and that I wasn't in their database. After a heated argument, the receptionist finally assigned me a room.
When I checked out, the receptionists and Booking.com decided to make money for themselves by writing on the bill that I stayed one night less, even though that's incorrect. When I call or email the hotel, they keep talking to me until I mention the word "invoice." Then they immediately say they can't hear me and hang up.
The hotel room isn't safe either. Electrical switches have exposed wires. The quality of room can see on pictures.
