Great facilities, but need maintenance and efficient service
Pros:

The room was good and clean. All basic amenities were there, including a coffee bar. Staff was polite.

Cons:

One of the bathroom pot lights was burnt out, so much that the bathroom was dark. No matter what one does, one ends up with a wet bathroom floor with the half glass shower door. The chain-lock on the door was broken and I wondered if security would be an issue, sleeping with a broken lock, given that this was the first time staying at the hotel. All was well on security.

I called for Room Service. I was told someone would bring the Menu. I waited for at least an hour, and called them to not bring the menu. I figured if the menu took that long to deliver, the food would take much longer and I wanted to have an early night to catch my flight early the next morning. Nonetheless, somebody knocked on my door about 3 minutes after I called, apologized for the slow delivery of the menu and tried to convince me to order. I explained to the gentleman why I would not make the order. Staff was polite but efficient service is critical.

Comfortable, spacious room.

Cons:

Restaurant service extremely slow. No notification at checking in that the spa was closed, swimming pool was having chemicals put in at the time we arrived so no swimming.

Ideāla vieta pie lidostas.
Pros:

Blakus lidostai,ja vajag pārnakšnot starp lidojumiem. Tīra viesnīca,gultas veļa un dvieļi ļoti labi. Brokastis bija ļoti labas un bagātīgas. Lai gan var no viesnīcas uz termināli aiziet ar kājām,bet viņi laipni piedāvā aizvest.

Food expensive, wr should be given the option if we want breakfast or not
Cons:

No tv in bar area.
Why must I pay for breakfast when I don't eat breakfast.
The restaurant prices are the most expensive I have ever seen for a 3 star hotel- refused to pay those prices.

Helpful staff but awful food
Pros:

Limited choice. No plant based alternative for anyone who is lactose intolerant (provided soya milk but this was off and separated when added to coffee). No oats available for porridge.

Cons:

Food at dinner was terrible - four cuts of steak offered on menu but only one available. Fish arrived cold and made my wife ill. They offered to reheat it but this is a dangerously unhealthy practice.
