All-inclusive rates include breakfast, lunch, and dinner at select restaurants during your stay, as well as an open bar for select alcoholic beverages from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (only for guests 18 and older). Package benefits expire at 11:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.
Children ages 6 to 12 who are part of an all-inclusive reservation will be charged an additional MXN 1,500 per night per child.
Children 12 and older are considered additional adults and may apply.

Los restaurantes están muy bien en variedad de alimentos además la opción de ingresar a los diferentes hoteles para tener acceso a la playa me gusto la experiencia

Beach club was the only good thing about this resort.
NOT WORTH THE MONEY. For an all inclusive many restaurants had excuses that they were out of certain foods and service members (specifically the towel ladies) were RUDE. Have you dirty and ripped towels and then tried to blame you for it.

La limpieza no es muy buena y en las albercas hay poco personal para atender.
La comida y desayunos
El trato del personal es horrible, desde que llegas hasta la salida. Ojo con la letra chiquita ya que el día del checkout ya no te sirven nada más que el desayuno. Habitaciones con los peores colchones . Área de albercas muy sucia

Excelente servicio, la comida y la ubicación
En el buffet no hay suficiente servicio para la preparación de los huevos al gusto, hay que esperar mucho tiempo. No es claro en dónde puede uno comer y cenar si reservación, sólo hay una abierto que es el de las carnes.
Ya había ido a este hotel y por eso regrese, desafortunadamente en este viaje quise dar la oportunidad a otro hotel y me salió mal esa decisión, por ese motivo decidí abortar la primera reserva y regresar a este hotel, desperdicie un dia, pero se pudo compensar. Todo super bien.
En realidad no me gusta mucho la idea de pet friendly, ver animales cerca de las áreas donde entregan alimentos no es mi idea de higiene, tal vez que dedicaran una zona del hotel para estos hospedajes. Respeto las ideas de todos los huéspedes.

Exelente la comida y la bebida. Buena limpieza en todas las áreas.
No hay tantos meseros en la zona de albercas. Además no supimos usar el teléfono de la habitación, faltan indicaciones.
La atención de todo el personal fue maravillosa.

Todo me gustó pero estaría bien agregar actividades.. alguna persona como animadora juegos de voley boll.. FUT bol.. acuaaerobic y en la noche igual algún evento.. musica en vivo baile etc
Variedad en los menus de desayuno, comida y cena, tenían diferentes restaurantes y opciones. El personal amable en la recepción y en el valet parking.
El aire acondicionado de la habitación tardaba en enfriar. Personal del área de la piscina fue muy grosero, ya que existe una área donde se paga para estar, pero no esta señalizada, el personal en vez de ser amable y hacer la observación fue grosero y ni siquiera quitaban a todos, a cada rato tenían que molestar a mas huéspedes.
