All-inclusive rates include breakfast, lunch, and dinner at select restaurants during your stay, as well as an open bar for select alcoholic beverages from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (only for guests 18 and older). Package benefits expire at 11:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.
Children ages 6 to 12 who are part of an all-inclusive reservation will be charged an additional MXN 1,500 per night per child.
Children 12 and older are considered additional adults and may apply.

La limpieza de los cuartos, deja mucho... no limpian los canceles ni los botes de basura y están sucios

Las habitaciones no tienen frigobar y que todos los meseros piden propina extra, aún cuando se nos mencionó que en el todo incluido y especialmente en el Buffete ya no era necesario dejar propina. Aun asi les dejábamos propina, pero si no cumplía la expectativa de los meseros te trataban mal y mostraban desinterés.

A veces poca atención del personal, a pesar de que no había mucha gente
Las albercas estan grandes, y nada mas.
Todo te cobran, no hay suficientes actividades para los jovenes, no había playa, y no nos dijeron que podíamos estar en otras instalaciones, no fueron los suficientemente claros. Tuvimos que irnos a Acapulco manejando y perdimos 1 dia de estadía, todo porque no fueron claros. Aparte es molesto que cada bebida que pides, te hacen una cuenta. En otros all inclusive, vas pides, te sirven y listo.
La habitación es fantástica y el poder ir de un hotel a otro es increíble
Específicamente este complejo, las albercas tienen una vista muy simple y el servicio era un poco lento en la alberca

El club de playa sucio. La zona de los camastros, Podrían poner bolsas para la basura para fomentar que la gente tiré su basura en las bolsas o botes.
