All-inclusive rates include breakfast, lunch, and dinner at select restaurants during your stay, as well as an open bar for select alcoholic beverages from 11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (only for guests 18 and older). Package benefits expire at 11:00 a.m. on the day of check-out.
Children ages 6 to 12 who are part of an all-inclusive reservation will be charged an additional MXN 1,500 per night per child.
Children 12 and older are considered additional adults and may apply.

Only one pet up to 9 kg (20 lbs) is allowed per room. This service incurs a fee of MXN 1500 per night (tax included). Guests wishing to stay with pets must notify the property in advance. Pets cannot be left alone in guest rooms. Pets are not allowed in restaurants, bars, pool areas, the spa, the fitness center, or any other areas designated by hotel staff. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times. The owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet and must sign a waiver upon arrival. La comida es deliciosa, el lugar es muy limpio, las instalaciones están en buen estado, en general el personal es muy amable
En general la comida bien, el ambiente tranquilo y la estancia placentera
la atención/recepción a la hora de estar en los lugares de esparcimiento (llámese albercas, inter-hoteles o club de playa) particularmente en estos últimos mi familia y Yo solicitamos en repetidas veces atención del personal para degustar las amenidades por las cuáles pagué y la respuesta siempre era "ahorita, permítame, le mando a mi compañero (a) y fué desagradable ese aspecto, teníamos que ir a los diferentes áreas de comida/bebida para poder disfrutar de los servicios, esa actitud dejó mucho que desear en general y me gustaría que se pusiera atención especial en ese punto, Yo sentí que no había muchos huéspedes como para que tuviera que sufrir por esa situación, particularmente en la ida a "inter-hoteles" ahí se presentó mas ese problema, no con un mesero (a) con varios.
Finalmente a la hora de mi Check out tampoco se me preguntó como había estado nuestra instancia lo que me indica falta de interés hacia el cliente.

En el checkin poco personal, mi sugerencia seria que un gerente estuviera apoyando a los chicos en el front.

Excelentes instalaciones, pidan plan todo incluido la comida es deliciosa. Excelente atención del personal. Felicidades, obvio que regresaremos. Visiten todos los restaurantes comida oriental, italiana, mexicana, mariscos, cortes de carne. La mayoría de la comida es muy buena. Desayunos tipo bufett
No hay una sola cosa de la que me pueda quejar, si hay áreas de oportunidad como en todos lados pero nada que cambie mi opinión de el lugar y de quienes lo atienden. Ya si me pongo estricto la única persona que no tenía buena actitud de atención y servicio fue el de ballet parking que me recibió al llegar parecía de malas y casi regalándonos por dónde nos estacionamos pero no estaba nadie para darnos indicaciones al llegar.
