- The staff were very friendly and cheerful and quickly solved our heating issue by moving us to another room.
The dinner buffet was very tasty,- the main courses were excellent, though we would have liked a wider selection of salads, appetizers and desserts for this price.
- Great location, shops and cafes are within walking distance, and the airport is easy and quick to reach by bus. It’s a bit far from Amsterdam, but overall still convenient. A good base if you don’t plan to spend all your time in Amsterdam and want to visit places like Keukenhof park, Hague or Rotterdam.
- The first room we were offered (Room Nr. 7 on the ground floor in the older part of the building) was very cold, dark, and had small windows. The bathroom was larger than the room itself and it was impossible to heat, the temperature stayed around 14 C, and the air conditioner couldn’t handle the heating. We were then moved to another room in the same part of the building which was more comfortable, warmer and brighter.
- There was no kettle in the room, which is a big disappointment for those who enjoy having a cup of tea (although there was a coffee machine).

Zimmer wurden die ganze Woche nicht gereinigt und Zimmerservice wie wir es sonst kennen war nichts zu merken
Abendessen konnte man Buffet buchen, aber da hätten wir besser im Ort essen sollen

Het rook nog wel heel sterk naar de kit en in de eerste kamer die ik toegewezen kreeg lekte het toilet. Verder goed opgelost.
