Pros:

Nice little town surrounded by mountains and their peaks. Quite close to nearby mountain lakes and rivers. We would say everything was great - the food was awesome, the staff at the restaurant, lobby, the cleaning service...all people were kind and helpful.

Cons:

A bit softer bed, but it depends on what you are used to.

Please avoid this hotel if you want a pleasant experience.
Pros:

I have booked 2 nights with breakfast included.
When we arrived, they said ‘you booked one night , no breakfast’.
I tried to explain that we had 2 nights with breakfast as per confirmation from Booking.com.
Then they said that we have 2 night with no breakfast.
We left after the first night as this was not acceptable, but we paid for 2 nights with breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing, I wil never go back there.

Pros:

Food was great, service was really kind. The 5-course dinner was the most special.
Our room had a magnificant view to the Tennengebirge. In case of rain, it is practical to cover or move chairs inside the room.

Pros:

We loved everything about our stay! Staff was amazing and food was great (do yourself a favor, have dinner at their restaurant!). We enjoyed the spa area/pool, ideal for some relax after a day of exploring the area. The room was large and cosy.
