Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of Valletta, in the perfect central location. The room we stayed in was very clean and modern, with a large terrace. The air conditioning was excellent, especially during the hot summer days. The staff were exceptional and very helpful.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, which is perfectly located in the heart of the city. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options including a full English breakfast, Mediterranean choices, healthy options, and a continental breakfast.
The staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive. A special mention goes to Alex, Angel, and Jenalyn, who provided extraordinary help and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality and exceptional service truly made a difference. The kitchen and housekeeping teams were also outstanding throughout our stay.

The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in the room was not cooling enough. However, when we requested a fan to improve the room temperature, it worked very well and made the room much more comfortable.

We also appreciated the thoughtful welcome amenities, including a bottle of Pinot Blanc, water, and a coffee machine.

A great location when visiting Valletta
Pros:

This hotel has a great location - central to many things in Valletta, close to the bus station for travelling to other places. Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Decent breakfast.

This is a great four star hotel, offering good value and comfort.
Pros:

Centrally located in the pedestrian area of Valetta, close to many restaurants and in an area with great atmosphere and vibe.
The room with city view and balcony had a great view, was newly decorated and very spacious. The welcome basket with local wines was a lovely touch. Breakfast offered variety, good quality produce and prepared with care. Staff was helpful and friendly. Security was good.

The lift was out of order.

Pros:

Great location in heart of Valletta
Pros:

Central location and we had the room with the hot tub. Clean, breakfast was great and staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Lift was out of order, we were on 4th floor, which was ok for us but if you weren’t fit could be a struggle.

We had wonderfull stay, hotel it's located in the middle of Valletta's main street. The entire team was professional, welcoming, and friendly. We received excellent service throughout, including during the breakfast. Our room was super clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!
