Pros:

The rooms were clean, spacious, as shown in the photos. The hotel's location is excellent, right on the main street of Valletta. The breakfast was very good, offering a variety of options even though is not a buffet. The staff were friendly, and helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Alex, who is kind, professional, with warm attitude.

Cons:

As a friendly suggestion, I believe the hotel's main staircase should be improved, as it doesn't match the overall quality of the hotel. I also think the reception area, could be made a little more attractive.

Un hotel 10 en el centro de Valletta
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable. Situado en la calle principal, cerca de todo. Hotel de calidad. La señora qué nos recibió y atendió durante la estancia muy atenta y simpática y agradable.

Cons:

No hay nada qué no nos haya gustado. Un hotel 10. Repetiría.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The room was located above the busiest street in Valletta and there is no noise reduction on the balcony doors. Vehicle access is restricted so we were dropped off away from the hotel and the streets/paths are cobble stones.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία και Η εξυπηρέτηση . Χαμογελαστοί υπάλληλοι έκαναν τα πάντα για να έχουμε μια άνετη και εύκολη διαμονή ! Ο κύριος Alex ήταν ευγενικότατος και εξυπηρετικότατος ! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ

Pros:

Obsługa - chyba największa zaleta. Przy rezerwacji wskazano, że jest dostępny parking oraz że pokój jest z jacuzzi. Jak się okazało hotel (a raczej motel - pensjonat - bo na określenie hotel to za dużo) położony jest przy samej ulicy centralnej w Vallecie. Nie ma żadnego parkingu. Obsługa wskazała, że parking jest ale tylko publiczny i oddalony o około 400 m. Jest to przekazywanie nierzetelnych informacji przez właściciela. Po dotarciu na miejsce okazało się, że jacuzzi jest nienapełnione. Czynność ta trwała dobre półtorej godziny a ponadto czas na nagrzanie to dodatkowe kilka godzin - obsługa za to zaproponowała butelkę wina - deskę przysmaków oraz możliwość późniejszego wymeldowania. Widok na tarasie - super. Jak wskazałem obsługa za to bardzo pomocna pomimo tych niedogodności.

Cons:

Brak parkingu, śniadanie średnie - zamawiane - do wyboru kilka opcji. Winda mała - jakby miała się urwać. Mega duszno na klatce schodowej - bardzo mała i wąska.

Η διαμονή μας γενικά ήταν υπέροχη!! Θα ξαναπάμε στην Βαλέτα, πιθανά στο ίδιο ξενοδοχείο.
Pros:

Όλο το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Μας έδωσαν πολλές πληροφορίες και διεκπεραίωσαν ότι τους ζητήσαμε.
Το πρωϊνό ήταν μέσα στην τιμή του δωματίου. Ήταν a-la-carte και είχε περίπου 5 επιλογές. Εγώ προτίμησα το Healthy breakfast που περιελάβανε 2 λεπτές φρυγανισμένες φέτες ψωμί για τοστ, 2 βουτυράκια, ομελέτα, ντοματίνια, ρόκα, τσιπς, χυμό, φρούτα και καφέ, ή άλλο ρόφημα. Η ποιότητα των προϊόντων ήταν εξαιρετική και η ποσότητα μεγάλη. Ο σύζυγός μου προτίμησε το English Breakfast με όλα τα σχετικά (λουκάνικα, μπέϊκον, ομελέτα κλπ).
Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν εξαιρετική. Ακριβώς στο κέντρο, πολύ κοντά στα διάφορα αξιοθέατα και στο τερματικό σταθμό των λεωφορείων. Γυρίσαμε όλη την Βαλέτα με τα πόδια. Ήταν τα πάντα πολύ κοντά!!
Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν στην πίσω πλευρά, ήταν πολύ άνετο, πολύ καθαρό, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο και είχε μεγάλο μπαλκόνι. Δυστυχώς δεν είχε καθόλου θέα. Έβλεπε στον ακάλυπτο σε έναν λευκό τοίχο. Ωστόσο είχε πάρα πολύ ησυχία. Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα και είχε πρίζες για φόρτιση κινητού και στις 2 πλευρές του κρεβατιού.
Το στρώμα πολύ άνετο και είχαμε επιλογές μαξιλαριών.
Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Cons:

Οι ώρες που μπορούσαμε να πάρουμε πρωϊνό. Από τις 6:30 έως τις 10πμ. Θα προτιμούσα να ήταν μέχρι τις 10:30 ή 11:00.
Επίσης η ταμπέλα του ξενοδοχείου στην εξωτερική γυάλινη πόρτα ήταν πολύ αχνή. Η είσοδος του ξενοδοχείου βρισκόταν ανάμεσα σε καταστήματα και κάθε φορά την ψάχναμε.
Τέλος θα ήθελα λίγο μεγαλύτερη ποικιλία στο πρωϊνό.

Location perfetta per visitare la valletta, a pochi minuti dalla stazione dei bus collegati con tutta l'isola. In pieno centro ma hotel silenzioso. Personale gentile e accogliente.

Pros:

We stayed one night in this lovely hotel which was in a very central location. The staff were so friendly and the room was spacious with very comfortable beds. Complementary water and wine was provided in the room which was a lovely touch. Could not fault it.
