We loved the location which was very central and a 5 minute walk to the bus station. Both beds were really comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The complimentary wine and water was a nice surprise.

The location was ideal for my stay, with an excellent breakfast menu. The staff were lovely, very helpful and efficient.
There were some renovations happening while I was there, so there was a bit of extra noise.

There was no phones in the room to call downstairs. There are no safes. The staff were intrusive and kept coming in our room without permission. We went out out and our door was wide open with the lights on. Someone entered our room with a key and left when we came in. It was very unsafe. We had to change hotels and we had to call the police for missing items and safety issues. There was no
La posizione e la disponibilita' del personale, la camera era pulita e abbastanza accogliente.
Purtroppo c'erano dei lavori in corso e durante la notte, con un temporale in corso, e' filtrata dell'acqua dal soffitto della camera creando un po' di disagio. Inoltre l'acqua calda tarda ad arrivare in quanto e' previsto un boiler da accendere prima di farsi la doccia.

Тісно, нема холу, не вистачає місця у ванній кімнаті для косметики та де повісити халат, не вистачає спа та гарного виду з вікна. Халати жорсткі, о 7 починають працювати робочі - допомогли навушники. У сніданку не вистачало випічки до кави, можна було хіба що окремо замовити сніданок з випічкою, але тоді без яєць та чогось мʼясного
