Pros:

Бронювали готель через букінг на 3 дні ( тільки сніданки).
Наш заїзд був о 14:00, на стійці реєстрації, адміністратор була ввічлива, намагалась все розповісти про готель і що входить в наші послуги, також нам підвищили категорію номера, що було приємно.
Номер - чудовий, чистий, охайний, ліжко зручне, постіль чиста і полотенця.
В номері є, чайник, кава, сейф, гель для душу, шампунь, мило, і навіть зубна щітка з пастою.
Був великий телевізор, але ми їм не користувались.
Єдиний мінус в нашому номері, не знаю як в інших не було фена. Гаряча вода була, але з невеликим напором води.
Номер був на 5 поверсі з можливістю виходу до басейну на даху.
Сніданок- дуже смачний, було декілька видів яєчні, овочі, салати, фрукти, панкейки, круасани, місця де сісти вистачало, смачна кава, декілька видів лимонадів, навіть був лід)
Увечері відвідали бар біля басейну який працює до 23:00, дуже смачні коктейлі.
Басейн доволі великий та чистий, є окрема секція для дітей де мілко.
Стосовно лежаків біля басейну, треба зранку йти кидати полотенця бо не буде місця:(
У готеля через дорогу є свій пляж з лежаками та парасолями, пляж чистий лежаків багато було коли ми відпочивали і багато було вільно, пляж чистий.
Готель має свій паркінг, критий та на вулиці.
У готеля також є алякарт ресторан, якщо є бажання щось окремо замовити.
Якщо ви берете тільки сніданки, тут є можливість оплати обіду чи вечері по системі все включено, за одну людину 22 евро.
На стійці реєстрації де адміністратор, є послуги масажу, ціни від 40 евро за півгодини.
Також хочу відмітити менеджера готелю дуже ввічливий.

We loved it!
Pros:

We loved this hotel! It was such an amazing time there! The pool area is very nice and comfortable and the hotel has their own sun-beds at the beach which are free. Breakfast was also very nice and had a lot of choices of salads, we loved that! Room was very clean and nice, especially big terrace! We will definitely come back. :)

Tornerò sicuramente, bellezza, posizione e cura della struttura.
Pros:

È un resort bellissimo. L’intera struttura è lussuosa e con elementi di design piacevoli.
Lo staff intero è molto cordiale e capace di soddisfare ogni richiesta che ho fatto durante il pernottamento.
Da notare anche come il livello di pulizia sia altissimo, sia le stanze, che gli spazi comuni come i corridoi e la cucina, erano tutti in condizioni impeccabili.

Cons:

Non ho avuto alcun problema con la struttura, ogni elemento del servizio era più che adeguato al prezzo pagato per la prenotazione.

Cons:

Very hard and uncomfortable beds, poor breakfast, and the second pool, which according to Booking.com was supposed to be available, was only accessible to selected rooms — this was not mentioned in the reservation. There was only one coffee machine working at breakfast, with a 30-minute queue, and coffee was served in a paper cup because they had run out of cups. The area was not very nice, with a lot of construction still going on.

Das Personal war grundsätzlich freundlich.
Wir hatten 2 Zimmer ( wohl eher eine kleine Suite) in der 5. Etage mit kleinem Pool und Liegen auf der Dachterrasse, nicht nur für uns, aber wenig besucht ( war sehr ruhig).

Cons:

Das Hotel wirkt auf den 1. Blick nobler als es ist. Vieles ist unfertig oder defekt, Terrasse oben nicht sehr sauber ( leere Flachen etc.), Halterung Pool locker, Bad nicht fertig s. Bilder)…
Trotz Platz keine Möglichkeit, den Koffer auf eine Ablage zu stellen, sondern auf dem Boden, keine Möglichkeit, Badesachen aufzuhängen.
Das Frühstücksbüffet war zwar vom Angebot reichhaltig, geschmacklich eher Medium ( es sei denn, man mag Unmengen an gemischten Salaten zum Frühstück). Es gab nur einen Kaffeeautomaten mit entsprechender Warteschlange, und dieser fiel am 2. Tag auch noch aus; man schickte uns in die Bar gegenüber.
Viel schlimmer war allerdings, dass am 2. Morgen das Wasser im Zimmer nicht lief: keine Toilette, keine Dusche, kein Waschen.
Auf Nachfrage lief das Wasser in der ganzen Gegend nicht.
Als wir unten ankamen, stellten wir fest, dass es sehr wohl Wasser gab, das Frühstücksbuffet stand ja auch, Toilette unten ging auch, andere Gäste hatten Wasser im Zimmer. An der Rezeption erklärte man uns dasselbe wie vorher.
Es wurde keinerlei Lösung angeboten, evt. die Nutzung eines Zimmers zum Duschen, welches leer war ( es war ja warm) oder das Bereitstellen von Wasserflaschen zum Waschen, aber leider nichts, auch keinen Entschuldigung. Schade.
Außen ist ebenfalls alles im Aufbau, wenig Abwechslung, viel Baustelle etc.
Vielleicht in ein paar Jahren, jetzt für uns nicht zu empfehlen.
