Hotel sehr sauber. Aussenbereich sehr sauber. Personal sehr nett.

Cons:

Die Lage war garnicht gut, nichts in der Umgebung.
Das Essen war manchmal sehr kalt und immer das gleiche. Der Strand war sehr dreckig, man konnte garnicht schwimmen gehen. Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen, wenn man an den Strand will oder etwas Unterhaltung in der nähe sucht, weil es hat gar nichts. Leider würde ich das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel cinq étoiles dont le cadre est absolument magnifique. L’environnement est paisible, parfaitement entretenu, et l’architecture extérieure très bien pensée. Les chambres sont spacieuses, luxueuses et globalement très propres, ce qui contribue largement au confort du séjour. Les plats servis étaient excellents et la cuisine vraiment savoureuse.

Cons:

Cependant, nous avons été un peu déçues par certains aspects du service, notamment en restauration. Lors des déjeuners et dîners, le personnel en salle manquait parfois d’amabilité ou de compréhension linguistique, ce qui rendait les échanges plus compliqués. De plus, plusieurs desserts ou plats indiqués sur la carte n’étaient pas disponibles. Une carte plus courte mais mieux approvisionnée pourrait être une bonne solution. Le petit-déjeuner, quant à lui, était principalement salé, avec peu d’options sucrées et pas toujours de très bonne qualité à mon sens. Le point qui nous a le plus dérangés concerne l’intimité dans les chambres : malgré le signalement « Ne pas déranger », certaines femmes de ménage entraient sans frapper ni attendre de réponse. Un aspect à revoir impérativement.

Перш за все хочу подякувати усьому персоналу, який доклав усіх зусиль для того щоб наш відпочинок був найкращим, за допомогу у вирішенні будь-яких питань, за те що їм не байдуже на гостей. Я була в багатьох країнах і тому сміливо можу сказати що готель тримає достойний рівень, всі дуже стараються, допомагають, зустрічають тебе з посмішкою, піклуються щоб ваш відпочинок був незабутнім. Готель дуже чистий, має оригінальний дизайн, staff працює бездоганно, з самого ранку прибирається територія та пляж. Окрема подяка барменам та піцейолі, вони дуже професійно працюють, а також виконують всі ваші забаганки. Готель сучасний, країна швидко розвивається, в порівнянні з 2021 роком в цьому році я побачила зовсім іншу країну, вони вміють правильно використати свої ресурси. Їжа смачна, її достатньо, крім того ми навіть змогли продегустувати таку екзотику як акула. Пляж просторий, місця вистачає усім, море тепле, навколо гори, які доповнюють всю картинку. Щиро рекомендую даний готель для вашого відпочинку, дякую кожному за ті старання і посмішки, які ви принесли нам протягом нашої відпустки. Одразу видно коли персонал вкладає душу в свою роботу і тут вона безперечно є! Бажаю процвітання і вдячних клієнтів. Це місце в яке хочеться повернутись, до нових зустрічей!

An incredible stay where every detail from the food to the staff was flawless

I can’t recommend Regina Palm Resort enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—they are some of the friendliest and most accommodating people I’ve ever met. The resort itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful surroundings that make it the perfect place to relax.

One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtful birthday surprise they organized for my boyfriend. It was such a personal touch and made our trip even more special. The food and drinks were amazing throughout our stay, with plenty of variety and always something new to try.

Overall, Regina Palm Resort exceeded our expectations in every way. We can’t wait to come back!
Both managers were also present which you don’t see often amazing staff who always smiled and made us feel so welcome. At check out Our flight wasn’t till 11pm the manager offered us another room to stay in whilst we wait! Unbelievable! Such Incredible staff I can’t thank them enough!

Mon séjour dans cet hôtel a été tout simplement parfait. Dès l’enregistrement, nous avons été accueillis à la réception avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme.

Le déjeuner et le dîner étaient excellents, fraîchement préparés et très savoureux. Le petit-déjeuner était également copieux, varié et de grande qualité.

La chambre était très propre, confortable et équipée de tout ce dont on a besoin. L’hygiène dans tout l’hôtel est d’un niveau exceptionnel.

Tout a dépassé mes attentes. Dommage que je n’aie pu rester qu’une seule nuit – j’aurais aimé prolonger mon séjour. Je reviendrai certainement et je recommande cet hôtel sans aucune réserve.

Chambre Trop exiguë prestation pas du tout à la hauteur.
Pros:

Plutôt décevant pour un hôtel de cette gamme. Chambre exigu avec 2 chaises et une table sur le balcon mais impossible de s'asseoir car pas d'espace pour les jambes. Un palmier est planté dans un bac et occupe la moitié du petit balcon

Lumière automatique si on se lève la nuit. Une horreur pour vous couper le sommeil. Extracteur d'air trop légère et vos serviettes restent humides. Plaintes qui se décollent et mur tâché. Bref plus que décevant. L'hôtel semble pourtant tout neuf et certaines chambres ont des balcons corrects . Peut-être qu'il aurait fallu a garder celle-là pour stocker les draps. À 174 € la chambre j'ai connu mieux.

Δεν μου άρεσε καθόλου η βόλτα με το καράβι 🚢 που κάναμε για να δούμε της επιλεγμένες παραλίες και καθόλου το φαγητό που μας άφησε το καράβι στο καταμπουρουν που πήγαμε εάν το ονομάζω σωστά … ενώ είμασταν με πακέτο all inclusive μας χρέωσαν της ξαπλώστρες και στοφαγητό της σαλάτες ,εάν επιλέξουμε να πάμε στο ξενοδοχείο Θα πήγαινα πολύ ευχαρίστως ξανά και ξανά γιατί εκεί ήμουν ευχαριστημένη αλλά δεν θα επέλεγα την βόλτα του νησιού με το καραβάκι εκεί δε μουΘα πήγαινα πολύ ευχαρίστως ξανά και ξανά γιατί εκεί ήμουν ευχαριστημένη αλλά δεν θα επέλεγα την βόλτα του νησιού με το καραβάκι εκεί δε μου άρεσε
