A damage deposit of USD 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests under the age of 23 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Location is perfect, right in the center of Coconut Grove, walking distance to coffees, restaurants etc.
Great clean room, well equipped , terrace with nice ocean view. Also pool area and gym are very good.
The hotel has nothing to do with the apartment rentals (besides checking in) and the host does not respond. As we were there for a whole week we ran out of liquid soap and would have liked to have our room cleaned (with extra charge of course). But as host did not repond this was not possible. As the hotel is independent they do not help out.
We liked the location in Coconut grove, the rooftop pool is amazing, amazing view.

The Building. Very Nice.
Essentially a privately owned room within the hotel. Access is managed by hotel staff. Very polite and efficient. Free parking in a garage attached to building with plenty of parking spots available. Roof top pool & jacuzzi, small but well equipped fitness center with sauna room, onsite breakfast buffet.
The Room: Excellent.
Exactly as pictured and described. A kitchenette with everything we needed. Even a Nespresso machine with several coffee pods provided by the host. The round pedestal style dining table was adequate and chairs were comfortable.

Two Queen beds, firm but not hard. The bathroom was updated, clean and offered a variety of towels.

A balcony facing NE, with great views of the city and the Marina. A small table and chairs are provided. We drank our coffees each morning out there, just wonderful.

A complementary bottle of chilled white wine and two bottles of mineral water were waiting for us on arrival. Nicely done!

Honestly, everything was great. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.
The location was perfect! It was a quick walk to great options for dining out and shopping and since we had a car (free parking…yay!), it was an also close to main thoroughfares for easy access. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay.
The only thing I wish it had was a regular drip coffee maker, but that’s just our personal preference. We drink a lot of coffee and Nespresso pods are expensive.

Like many other reviews have mentioned, this place is rundown. The furniture is scratched, the bar stools are rusted, the AC is so loud that you can't run it at night, and the appliances are defective. The walls are so thin that you can hear your neighbors. Don't let the nice pictures fool you.
Cleanliness is subpar. The floor was sticky, with black gunk between the tiles. The shower head desperately needed a deep clean, and we had to wipe down the nightstand just to remove the dirt.
The management is terrible. This place is not part of the Arya Hotel—you have to deal with a poorly run company called "Miami Vacation Rentals." Their communication is awful. We had an emergency situation involving a violent and screaming neighbor. When we tried to contact the property manager to switch rooms, they didn’t respond for over 10 hours. By then, we had already left the hotel, as we couldn’t sleep and feared for our safety. When they finally replied, their response was condescending, claiming they couldn’t control other guests and refusing to offer a refund.
