Pros:

We had a pleasant stay. The hotel staff was super available to satisfy our needs. The hotel also organises tours to the Pyramids and many many other tours to places worth visiting around Cairo.
We were treated like family.
A special thanks to Ramy , Hager and Yassin for making us feel like home.

Giza neighbour is really one of a kind. The hotel is just 5 min away from the pyramids.

Having breakfast with the pyramids view was something unforgettable

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, el personal muy atento. Nos dieron una habitación con dos camas separadas cuando reserva
Pros:

Todo limpio, y cuarto silencioso para dormir lo que es una ventaja en esa zona.

Cons:

La ducha no tenía la presión esperada, porque colocaron una roseta muy grande para la presión.

Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ νόστιμο.

Cons:

Στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε ένα μικρό παραθυράκι, που κοιτούσε στον ακάλυπτο και δεν έμπαινε καθαρός αέρας.
Στις 4 νύχτες διαμονής, δεν καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο μας, ούτε πέταξαν τα σκουπίδια. Η καθαριότητα πρέπει να βελτιωθεί αρκετά!

Rahma was stellar and truly welcoming. We had booked 3 nights but then decided to leave earlier because we wanted something different and she and her colleagues were 100% understanding and helpful. A big thank to them with warmest wishes for a great year ahead.

The room was nice and clean and well appointed.
The terrace offers spectacular views of the pyramids.

Cons:

Our room faced a very busy road and for very noisy. The common areas are a bit old and run down.

Albergo molto pulito e accogliente come il personale. Rahma la ragazza che si occupa della reception è una ragazza gentile e super disponibile, ci ha aiutato in tutte le nostre richieste. Abbiamo anche fatto con lei la crociera con cena sul Nilo consiglio a tutti di affidarvi a loro per questa esperienza sia per i costi che per l'affidabilità. Inoltre la colazione in terrazza con la vista delle piramidi è un'emozione bellissima. Consiglio a tutti soprattutto alle famiglie di soggiornare in questo piccolo ma confortevole albergo vicinissimo tra l'altro alle piramidi.

Excelente hotel muy cerca de las pirámides. El personal es maravilloso
Pros:

Estuvimos muy a gusto, estaba a 8minutos andando de las pirámides. El personal se portó de maravilla con nosotras, tuvimos un problema con el uber al llegar a las 2am y salieron para ayudarnos. Además, nos dejaron hacer el late check out sin ningún gasto extra gracias a la amable Rahma. Yassin fue un chico muy amable y alegre, nos ayudó en todas las necesidades que tuvimos durante la estancia. Recomendamos esta estancia al 100%. La habitación doble simple que estuvimos estaba bien, no tenía vistas pero era suficiente para nosotras. En la terraza las vistas son espectaculares. Estuvimos dos noches y los desayunos eran muy ricos, sobre todo el desayuno salado. Muchas gracias y seguro que volveremos!
