Pros:

Fantastic location and perfect for my mother who was in a wheelchair

Cons:

Sadly there was no hot water, only discovered that at 11pm when I returned and needed it and would be unreasonable hour to call
As it was only one night stay I just boiled the kettle to wash,
Just think any shared facilities the bathroom or hot running water should come before comfort

Pros:

The stay was close to town the pub has excellent meals at a fair price beach 5 minutes away plenty to see and do

Cons:

In all fairness there was nothing we didn't like

The location was great near the sea

Cons:

The property was Smokey and info did not say that cost room was not a en-suite but the photos made it seem that it was . Which was very disappointing.

Didn’t stay the night, left after an hour.
Pros:

Location was great. Furniture condition was good.

Cons:

There were padlocks and hasps on outside of bedroom door which is not legal, house smelt of Cannabis with air freshener over top, room freezing cold and no access to heating control or separate heater. Room was not deeply clean and shared bathroom was even less clean.

Great value place to stay, I recommend it.
Pros:

Just perfect for what I needed. Great room and location. Large well equipped bathroom. Good parking Much preferred staying here than the static caravan I stayed in last time.

Cons:

Mattress wasn't the best, but no big deal.

Room and bed clean

Cons:

Hospitality was none existant. No staff available. No en suite and bathroom opposite our room turned out to be shared which we did not know at booking. Was not at all happy with stay to the extent we decided to leave early and although we booked 2 nights we only stayed 1 and returned home. Will not return to cosy room again.

They dont do breakfast anyway. Thank goodness.

Cons:

Too many different smells of overpowering air fresheners. As soon as you opened the front door they overpowered
Noticed that the bed was packed with cardboard underneath the mattress. I wondered why the stay was so cheap.
