Příjemný, klidný hotel. Velmi dobré umístění, kousek nad kolonádou a Vřídlem. Ochotný recepční.
Snídaně byla čerstvá a bohatá. Pokoje čisté a útulné.
Doporučuji jen zlepšit příjem satelitních programů v TV a nebo DVB-T2. Pouze cca 6 programů, z toho polovina ruské TV. Přeladění programů nepomohlo.
Chybi zajisteni parkovani a lazenske služby jsou k dispozici jen velice omezene.
Pokoje i cistota je v poradku. Snidane velice dobre.
Staff were very helpful. The view from the hotel on Karlovy Vary is beautiful. Clean and comfortable rooms. We got what we wanted.
