Great place, shame about the clerk.

The place.

Cons:

The clerk. I have travelled South America for nearly 30 years. This is the first time I leave a place after just one night because of the arrogance of the desk clerk. I couldn't bear seeing his face anymore and was glad to leave. I think the feeling was mutual. Too bad, as the hotel itself is very good.

Location, price, very quiet place, friendly staff.

Cons:

The pillows, were the only thing, but the second night the staff provided us with better pillows.

Very nice place will stay again soon and every time I go visit a friend in this town.
Pros:

It was exactly what I was looking for in that area. It had nature right next door with sounds of birds all day. No bus or car or truck noises. It had a small fridge and 2 burners and basic eating utensils. The patio was very pleasant but the staff and cleanliness where tops. A little Colombian coffee in the morning was nice as well.

Cons:

Needs hot water and A/C but this is very typical in many towns in Latin Am. countries.
