Pros:

Nel design funzionale della camera, ottima la pulizia, continuate così! Posizione buona e garage sotterraneo.

Cons:

Colazione - purtroppo la sala si trova a -1 quindi senza la luce naturale e non è molto piacevole. Il buffet ha tante opzioni, però andrebbe migliorata la freschezza dei prodotti

The breakfast food quality was great, but it was cold as there are no food heaters in the buffet area. Otherwise, all was perfect.

Good!
Pros:

Good hotel. Upon arrival, we were given a room upgrade.
The room is comfortable spacious with a good bed and pillows and includes all necessary amenities.
There is on-site parking which is definitely a big plus, although it is paid.
The breakfast is decent with a wide variety.

value for money. clean and pleasant.

very good location within walking distance to Republic square and city center. quiet. very good breakfast.

Cons:

Check in process was very bad for us. we arrived early morning and were told to come back at 15:00. No complaints about that.
we came back two minutes before 15:00 and were asked to wait few minutes. We did, and while we were waiting another group arrived (after us) and the staff reception treated them and forgot us, after another 15 minutes we approached again and finally got rooms. An hour later, they knocked our doors and asked us to move to other rooms because they made a mistake. we had to pack and move again.

Pros:

The location is great and the people working are really nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very varied and delicious.

Cons:

The only issue I saw were the towels which weren’t clean.
