Le personnel est top surtout la secrétaire FATHIA je ne l oublierai jamais pour toute sa gentillesse et compréhension elle un amour ainsi l homme de la sécurité ainsi au jeune homme qui travaille le soir vraiment merci beaucoup. Mais le directeur laisse a désirer. Ma fille était très malade je devais rentrer en France le plus rapidement possible. Je lui est demandé de m aider afin de m occuper de ma fille. Il m'a complètement oublié aucune nouvelle j ai demandé au moins le du taxi pour aller à l aéroport. Il a même pas eu le descendance ̀de me venir voir me voir !!!!!!!! Il y avait urgence ma fille est très malade je devais rentrer au plus vite !!!!! En ce mois béni Dieu est grand. Merci beaucoup Fatiha de m avoir aider de m avoir trouvé un taxi grâce a ton magnifique sifflement il est unique. K Allah te préserve ma chérie je ne t oublierai jamais tu es une femme exceptionnelle merci.

Pros:

Tout d'abord la gentillesse de tout le personnel de l'établissement toujours prêt à rendre service à régler les problèmes enfin que des éloges à leur encontre. Nous y avons passé 6 semaines et nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.

Rien pour nôtre part.

Hôtel sale et vétuste infester de fourmis à éviter absolument
Pros:

Séjour catastrophique. L'hôtel est dans un état lamentable: chambre très sale.
sanitaires vieux, rouillés et mal entretenus, invasion de fourmis dans la chambre.
L'hygiène est inexistante et rien ne correspond aux photos présentées sur
Booking. C'est une véritable arnaque et une honte de proposer un tel établissement aux clients. À éviter absolument !

Cons:

Chambre sale, sanitaires vétustes et en mauvais état, invasion de fourmis. Rien à voir avec ce qui est présenté sur le site. Une très mauvaise expérience, je déconseille fortement.et surtout le garde de nuit il est hé respectueux

C'était un voyage moyen pendant ce séjour.
Pros:

Honnêtement, je n'ai rien aimé, à part la piscine.

Cons:

L'hébergement est médiocre et inconfortable, d'autant plus que le mobilier n'est pas adapté et les prix sont chers.

Cet établissement était magnifique l’accueil et le respect au top les enfants ce sont amusé à volonté à la piscine je recommande au top vous ne serais pas déçu.

Winter relaxation in the warmth
Pros:

People make holidays, and the staff exceeded expectations. I do not tend to take telephone numbers when travelling, certainly not from staff. However, I have taken 3 staff members to keep in touch with. It was out of season, but the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable. Most of the time, we were the only people staying at the hotel, but we received a full hotel service. It is a shame other travellers do not come to Djerba out of season. The weather is OK and the island is good to explore.
