Amazing staff
Pros:

What we love the most was friendly and kind staff, they were super nice and helped us with everything we needed. We ate dinner which was AMAZING, so tasty and prepared freshly on the grill. Hotel was nice, located in the mountains, far from rush of the city, room was newly renovated. Car ride was easy, but sometimes a bit narrow. There was a parking nearby, for free, but not paved. We would definitely recommend.

Cons:

Jag bokade ett rum med balkong och bergsutsikt, eftersom jag ville ha just det! Fick vid ankomst ett rum utan balkong och utsikt mot bakgård, med motiveringen att de andra rummen var fullbokade och att jag fått ett reducerat pris. Detta borde ha kommunicerats vid bokningstillfället!

Hotel perfecto para escapada rural. Tranquilidad, atención perfecta y buena comida.
Pros:

La verdad es que tanto a mí como a mi pareja nos gustó todo. Además de que es el lugar, es supertranquilo en medio de la naturaleza; el hotel es muy bonito y acogedor. Con habitaciones con camas grandes y bonitas vistas. Quiero hacer mención explícita al personal del hotel. Tanto el director como el personal son superatentos y amables. Estuvieron atentos en cada detalle y nos hicieron la estancia superagradable. En el restaurante se come muy bien y a buen precio. Volveremos.

REPETIREMOS PERO CON NUESTROS GATOS

La amabilidad de todos, sobre todo de los dueños que nos encantaron con el trato tan cercano y siempre pendiente que todo fuera bien. Cuando pides carne, te la están haciendo al momento en la chimenea barbacoa que tienen, pero en ningún momento se queda todo ahumado ni con olores, al contrario, la chimenea bbq está tan bien hecha que aspira sin problemas. Las cantidades de comida son más que generosas, nosotros cada día nos acostábamos a punto de explotar, muy rico todo y de calidad.
Algo que también nos encantó es que los animales tienen una gran presencia, ya que pueden estar contigo tus mascotas mientras comes, pero que nadie se piense que viene ningún perro a molestar ... para nada, están con sus dueños, no montan jaleo y tienen creo que es en la parte exterior un cuenco con agua.

Cons:

Que el televisor está solamente a 6 y no se puede subir, por lo que si tienes problemas de audición como es mi caso, no te molestes en ver la TV y conversa; que tampoco está mal.

El hotel muy bien, personal muy muy amable, parking al lado, habitaciones nuevas y cama grande, ubicacion si vas expresamente al pueblo esta muy bien, a Andorra la vella hay unos 15 - 20 minutos en coche

Cons:

En general todo muy bien, lo único que el Jabón de la ducha en lugar de poner 2 sobres yo pondría un bote típico de hotel que rellenan y asi cunda mas, porque con 1 sobre por persona haces poco
